I have contacted your company 95 times but still continue to be charged despite canceling my service in November [redacted]. I have had a conference call with a representative from USAEPAY, where I was assured the charges would cease. However, I have been charged $[redacted] from my account, even after contacting you in December, January, and last week. I demand a refund for the latest charge. If this continues, I will seek legal action and report you to the Better Business Bureau for infringing on my privacy and taking my money unlawfully. I will be in touch on Tuesday to request written confirmation that no further charges will occur. Your repeated reassurances have not been honored, so please stop the charges and refund my money promptly.
