Hello, I need assistance with two orders I placed on this website as they have not arrived. It has been two months since I ordered them, and it's been over a month past the delivery date. I've been trying to contact you through calls and emails but haven't received any response. I am disappointed in the lack of communication. If my orders are not available, please refund my €25. I have all the order details and just need guidance on how to reach you or vice versa.

I proposed a price to "First" for an iPhone XS Max 256GB. Initially, he mentioned it was for AT&T. I inquired if it was exclusively for AT&T, and he clarified that it was now unlocked. When he agreed to the offer, I reiterated about the phone being unlocked, to which he assured me. He then requested direct PayPal payment to avoid charges, but I insisted on processing it through the platform. Later, I received a message from you indicating that he had shipped the phone. However, upon checking my messages today, it seemed like you had to remind him to ship it. I am now uncertain if the phone has been shipped. PayPal has already transferred the payment to him. If the phone turns out not to be unlocked as he had claimed twice, I need to understand what actions I can take since I don't have AT&T coverage in my area due to the lack of service towers. Please provide clarification on the situation and advise on my available options.

My number has been mistakenly listed for almost two years by someone selling appliances. The constant calls, including inappropriate ones, are affecting my life and health. I have repeatedly asked for my number to be removed from all listings to no avail. This situation is distressing, and I urge the responsible party to take action immediately. I made a purchase for a pair of shoes online. The seller confirmed my order and provided a tracking number after verifying my address. However, a few days later, I discovered that the package was delivered to a different state, despite the tracking information showing it was delivered to Palm Beach, FL, on May 4. I have tried contacting the seller for a refund multiple times via email but have not received any response. Unfortunately, iOffer has been unresponsive to my inquiries about this fraudulent transaction. I believe I have fallen victim to a scam and I am seeking a refund for this order. I recently made a purchase from a seller and was provided with a USPS tracking number that was not valid. However, a China tracking number was given and it was functional. After a week of communication with the seller, I requested information on the package since it showed as out for delivery. Last night, the seller shared a new USPS tracking number, and I learned that the package was delivered but not to me. Contacting USPS today, I discovered that my name and address were not on the package, and it belonged to someone else. I believe the seller is engaging in fraudulent activities, and I am seeking a refund. I usually shop frequently on iOffer and have never faced such issues before. I am hoping for a resolution and for the seller to be removed from the website to prevent further incidents of fraud and deception.
