Order # [redacted]63 was scheduled for delivery yesterday. Unfortunately, there was a lack of information provided by FedEx even though they initially indicated an early delivery. I contacted their chat support and spoke with Melissa, but she provided minimal assistance. Melissa claimed to be a supervisor and abruptly disconnected the chat when I requested more details on the delivery status. This experience was frustrating and not the level of customer service I expected from FedEx.
