I accidentally dropped my phone, which caused the tempered glass screen protector I got from your service to crack. Although the phone was fine after the crack, when I tried to replace the protector, it damaged my phone and tore off the undamaged front screen. Since less than a year has passed since the service, I think it should still be under warranty. If not, I would appreciate a refund due to the need for a new phone.

I accidentally dropped my phone, causing the tempered glass screen protector installed by your service to crack. Despite the crack, my phone was working fine until I attempted to replace the protector, which then caused damage to the entire phone and peeled off the undamaged front screen. As this service was done less than a year ago, I believe it should be covered under warranty. If not, I would appreciate a refund due to the situation leading me to purchase a new phone.
