I am having trouble logging in to the goDrive app with the provided email address and password. I have been trying to resolve this issue for three days now. I have contacted [redacted], but I am getting the run-around and the problem remains unsolved. I need to log in to set up my delivery schedule, but it seems like nobody is able to assist. I have sent multiple emails to [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] with no success. Tami from goPuff customer service tried to help, but she could only do so much as she handles customer support, not driver support for goDrive/goPuff.

Hello, my name is Tiffany R. and I recently reached out to customer service for assistance. I'm currently facing challenges with completing the necessary steps for my application process. The system shows that I am at 83% completion, pending the UltiPro process. When I try to access the link from my messages, it only displays a message about the background check being on hold, and I am unable to locate the email regarding the UltiPro process or my direct deposit information. I seem to be stuck in the background check phase without a way to progress further. I would greatly appreciate guidance on how to proceed. Last night at 7:42 PM, I placed an order for delivery. I ordered a 12-pack of Coors Light in glass bottles and a 1.5-liter bottle of Barefoot Cabernet. Unfortunately, when I picked up the beer, the handle was wet, and it ripped as I was walking back to my apartment. This caused all 12 bottles to shatter. However, the wine was delightful, and the delivery person was friendly. I would like a refund for the damaged beer. I'm not sure why it was wet, but I wanted to bring this to your attention regarding package handling during deliveries. Thank you.

The other day, I placed an order with goPuff. I appreciate their convenience and fast delivery, particularly late at night. My order included milk, 2 containers of ice cream, and root beer. Unfortunately, the first delivery was missing all items, causing distress due to a baby needing the milk. After contacting customer service, I was promised a refund, extra credit, and a re-delivery of my order. However, the second and third attempts were also incorrect with missing items and smaller sizes. Despite reassurances of credits, my account showed no compensation. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I'm determined to receive what I paid for and the promised credits promptly.

Hello, I have bought two weekend tickets for the Wireless Festival at Finsbury Park. I am the main booker and the name on the ticket, and the booking was made through my friend's email address. Unfortunately, my friend broke her phone screen and can't access her emails as her passwords were saved on her phone. The tickets haven't arrived at my address (9, BS14 0SZ). Can you please cancel the tickets so I can collect new ones at the box office on Friday? Alternatively, could you send them to my email so I can have digital copies on my phone? I would like all communication to go to [redacted] as my friend can access this email where I can send my ID to prove my name and address. The order number is #41-[redacted]/UK4 and the tickets were purchased online through Gopuff Delivers Wireless. As the festival is approaching, I am concerned about not receiving the tickets and would appreciate a prompt resolution. Thank you.

The driver refused to come to my door, claiming there were too many cars in front of the building, but when I went down, there were none. Then she mentioned there were many people at the front desk, but the staff said there were none. I told her I needed to dress before coming down but she called back after a minute, insisting. When I mentioned I needed to finish getting dressed, she kept calling. Upon arriving, I found out she threw my order on the floor and left. I tried contacting customer service but waited 30 minutes on hold. I want my tip back. It's frustrating not being able to reach gopuff customer service for help. The chat was no better; no one responded. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

I received a notification from GoPuff stating my order was delivered, but no one attempted to notify me in person. After 15 minutes, I discovered my groceries left by my car, causing me to almost trip over them. Upon inspection, I found that a bag of bananas had leaked, staining my items. I have attempted to contact the number provided from a previous incorrect delivery, only to speak to someone who told me to call back. Despite leaving messages on two separate occasions, I have yet to receive a response. How else can I handle this situation, as I am seeking a refund for the damaged items?

On 5/15/23 and 5/16/23, GoPuff failed to deliver my full order of one pizza and chicken tenders. Despite refunding me for the 15th, they refused to refund the missing items on the 16th. The customer service through their Chat Line was exceptionally rude. This negative experience has soured my opinion of their service, which I have been using for over two years with at least two orders weekly. Moving forward, I will no longer be using GoPuff and will opt for ordering from 7-11 through GrubHub, where no fees apply.

I recently noticed someone used my email to set up a Gopuff account without my permission. They made a $20.45 order on Sunday, May 21. Although my bank hasn't charged me yet, I fear falling victim to a scam. Please delete this fraudulent account associated with [redacted] as I didn't create it. It appears my information was stolen for this unauthorized purchase.

Hello, I have noticed unauthorized charges on my credit card from GOPUFF, a company I have never had an account with. I tried reaching out for help, but I was directed to the app, which informed me that your services are no longer available in France. I must mention that I just created an account to access the support. I am concerned about these charges and would like to stop them immediately. I was recently charged for a subscription I did not authorize. After reaching out for assistance via text and being told they could not help, I am still seeking a refund. I discovered two charges of $8.99 each for the FAM SUBSCRIPTION on my statement, despite not signing up for it. I am requesting a refund from Go Puff for the amount they withdrew from my card without my consent.

On September 20th, [redacted], I placed an order through the Gopuff app via UberEats for 23 items totaling 49 pounds. However, upon delivery, the driver only handed me one bag containing 6 items. After questioning him, he discovered another bag with my name on it, which also seemed incomplete. When I further checked, I realized that 9 items were missing in total. Despite attempting to contact the driver immediately, his phone was switched off. I have raised the issue with UberEats but am still waiting for a refund. This experience has caused inconvenience as the missing items were essential for preparing my child's food the next day. The driver's behavior was unprofessional, and I suspect he deliberately mishandled my order.

I am seeking advice on utilizing the [redacted],[redacted]+ points I have collected. When inquiring with a customer service representative, I was directed to an IT specialist who immediately requested my credit card details, which raised red flags. Before even speaking with IT, I was put on hold for an extended period, leading me to disconnect the call. To my surprise, IT proceeded to charge my account $55.00 per month without my authorization for a service contract. This unauthorized charge led to my card being declined during a food order, prompting my bank to flag potential fraud.

I am frustrated because my order was unexpectedly canceled without explanation. I received conflicting text messages regarding the delivery time, ultimately leading to the cancellation. Despite being told it would arrive by 9:44, the order never showed up. This experience has left me very unhappy considering I have been a loyal user of the Go Puff app for quite some time, and this is the first problem I have encountered. I am hopeful that this situation does not repeat itself in the future.
