I experienced issues with the website while trying to book a bus. My sister successfully changed her bus to March 16th. However, when I called to purchase my ticket, they mistakenly sold her the last one. Due to the office closing, I couldn't correct the mistake and had to buy the 6:45 ticket instead of the desired 8:30 one, costing an extra $40. On the bus, I, a 21-year-old woman, faced sexual harassment from a man over 60, which made me extremely uncomfortable. To compound matters, I later discovered duplicate charges of $[redacted].40 on my father's bank account. This entire experience has left me dissatisfied and angry with this company.
