I had two conversations with staff before my arrival where I explained that I have a broken leg and limited mobility due to pain. Despite my reservation indicating payment at check-in, the amount was taken from my account prematurely. I arrived as agreed at 6 am expecting a room near an elevator but was informed that the hotel is fully booked. I am stranded with no alternative accommodation or funds to secure a new hotel since the payment discrepancy left me financially constrained. This situation is extremely distressing as I am in severe pain, stranded in the cold with no means to move around.

Dear Easy Hotel,
I am writing to inform you that my partner, Miss Roxanne Locke (Rocky Locke), made a reservation for December 3rd and 4th with your hotel yesterday. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances have arisen that may prevent us from taking this trip.
I wanted to share that I have been struggling with my mental health due to Borderline Personality Disorder, leading to recent instances of self-harm and suicidal thoughts. Given these difficult circumstances, I kindly request a full refund for the non-refundable booking my partner made on my behalf.
We still look forward to staying at your hotel once my mental health has improved and stabilized.

Hello. I wanted to share that I recently made a reservation at easyHotel for one night on November 23rd under the name Mr. Anthony Bird with booking reference W[redacted]. I paid the total amount of £87.30 in advance. Unfortunately, I now need to reschedule my stay to November 30th due to unexpected circumstances. I have been trying to modify my booking online and reach out to the hotel, but I have encountered difficulties. I am willing to cover any administrative fees or price differences for the new date. As far as I know, the member rate for that night is currently £[redacted].20. I kindly ask for assistance in getting in touch with the hotel to make this change. Thank you for any help you can provide.
