I bought an area rug earlier this week, but it's not the one I ordered as it has the wrong colors. Unfortunately, I got rid of the wrapper with the shipping information and now I can't find the details I need to return it. The rug was supposed to be Indiego in color and the size is 3ft. x 5ft.

I recently reviewed my credit card statement and noticed a charge from ESALERUGS on January 4th for $72.86, under reference number [redacted]. I believe I may have attempted to order a rug but never finalized the transaction, and subsequently, I did not receive any communication regarding the order or delivery. On January 13th, I placed another order with reference number [redacted] for $50.69, and I did receive this rug along with the related emails about delivery. I am inquiring about the charge for the first rug that I didn't receive and would appreciate it if it could be removed from my statement. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter. Thank you.

I purchased two rugs totaling more than $[redacted]. Upon receiving the 8ft by 11ft rugs, I noticed that the edges were all curled up on both. Following instructions from customer service, I rolled them the opposite way and left them rolled for about three weeks, yet the edges continued to curl. Despite reaching out and sending additional photos, they offered me a 10% refund or $42 since it was past their 30-day return policy. They also suggested replacing only one rug. After two more weeks, I called again but received the same offer. When inquiring about receiving another rug with the same issue, I was informed that due to their size, they have to be folded in half for shipping, potentially leading to the same problem. The lack of alternative customer service contacts and the ongoing issue with the quality of the rugs is disheartening.

Hello, I noticed that your company offers free shipping and returns. I am looking to return a rug I ordered. The quality is nice, but the colors are too dull and dark for my room, making it appear dim and affecting the light in the adjoining room. I have carefully repackaged the rug in plastic bags and it is all set for return. The order number is E3544, and I am currently located in Dunnellon, Florida. Could you please provide me with a return label and guide me on how to arrange a pick-up with Fed X? I had also purchased a rug from you two years ago that I adore. However, I have concerns about how the rugs are folded for shipment. The previous rug still has creases and doesn't lay flat, while the new one has visible stretching in the middle due to improper folding. I have a photo to support this.
