Hello, I encountered an issue with my internet that prevented me from buying or downloading music. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any contact information on your website to address this problem. Today, on the 23rd of December, my daughter assisted me in reaching out. I have observed that my subscription was renewed, resulting in the loss of the payment made in the previous months. I kindly ask for the subscription dates charged from 23/12/20 to 23/01/21 to be applied to the period from 23/11/20 to 23/12/20, and for the amount debited for this month to be refunded to my account as mentioned above.
