I bought an iPhone Xr cover from your store, but it turned out to be too small. I visited Walmart, and they informed me that it is a third-party product. After contacting Walmart's service center, I received an email from your company providing RMA # [redacted]9. However, I am disappointed that I am being asked to pay a re-stocking fee and return shipping costs. It would be helpful if you could provide return labels to simplify the process. The item was shipped to me on December 13 and is still in new condition. Returning items to you is proving to be quite a challenge.

I need assistance with returning three items I purchased from Walmart.com. They are the Home Arcade Carnival Crane Claw Games, Electronic Grabber Candy, each priced at $38.99. My son also bought them, and they are unopened, stored in the original box. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. Please advise on the return process, including whether I need a shipping label. Hello, I'm Margie Anderson. I recently received a cellphone case from Walmart for a Moto G7 Power, but I actually needed one for a Moto G7 without the Power model. I ordered two packs of seashells from Walmart.com, and according to the tracking information, the package was shipped by your company. It was supposed to arrive today, but it hasn't. The tracking hasn't been updated since the 30th, showing that it's in California, far from Maryland where I reside. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I really need these before Christmas and I'm worried they might be lost. Please assist. Thank you.
