I placed an order for a Vacuum Sealing Machine on 8/30/22 (Order21-09[redacted]5). However, I received the wrong machine on 09/03. Despite my attempts to work it out with the seller, I've been unable to get the correct Vacuum Sealer as advertised. I need the one with an external pump attachment urgently and have sent images to clarify the error. I am willing to return the incorrect item if necessary.
After multiple unsuccessful exchanges with the seller, I find myself still without the right product. I am not looking for a refund; I simply need the correct Vacuum Sealer that I ordered. I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 but received a Samsung Galaxy S22 instead, which I did not order. I am not satisfied with the S22 due to its small screen and iPhone resemblance. When I contacted the seller to explain the mistake, they rudely insinuated I had done something wrong. Despite being unhelpful and accusing me unfairly, they stated they could not assist as the S22 was not their product. They even threatened to report the phone as stolen if I return it. I just want a refund as the customer service was disappointing. The business claimed to handle and resolve issues amicably, but they were very impolite and quick to blame me without understanding the situation or considering any evidence.

I purchased Vionic Suede Sneakers in Size 8 MEDIUM for $45.00 with Free Shipping. Unfortunately, I received a pair in Size 8 WIDE instead from the Seller. After contacting the Seller, an agreement was made for a $45.00 refund along with a refund for the return postage cost. The return postage fee amounted to $15.40. Despite the Seller's attempt to refund me via PayPal, I do not have a PayPal account, making it challenging to process the refund this way.
The Seller has sought assistance from Ebay regarding the return postage refund. However, due to the initial Free Shipping offer when the item was sent, the Seller is unable to issue the return postage refund directly. As a result, I had to cover the $15.40 return postage cost out of pocket. We both acknowledge the need for a $15.40 refund to be issued to my VISA since the width of the sneakers was incorrect.
Efforts to resolve this matter with the Seller have been ongoing, but as the return postage refund is still pending, I am requesting Ebay to credit my VISA account with $15.40. Despite the Seller's cooperation, the issue remains unresolved, causing frustration for both parties involved. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated to rectify the situation promptly.

I received 8 gift cards as a gift. The first 4 worked fine, but the remaining ones suddenly showed a balance of $0. After contacting support, I was informed that the cards were frozen due to a suspicious activity. I was asked to provide pictures of the cards, which my friend had to send to me since they still had the physical cards. However, now I am being asked for a receipt to unfreeze the cards, which I do not have as they were a gift. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau for assistance since it's been challenging to reach your customer service. I'm not involved in any fraud; I simply want to use the gift cards.
