I placed an order for the Roni Swivel Glider on April 15, [redacted], with the order number BAB[redacted]. It has been about a month since I made the purchase, and there have been no updates on the status of my order. The website initially indicated a delivery window of April 29 to May 7, but it is now May 13. I was informed via email that I would receive a tracking number once the chair is shipped, but I have not received any updates despite checking my emails regularly. I understand that the current situation with Covid-19 can impact shipping and delivery times, but this chair is not a high-demand medical item, as it is made in the U.S. I just ask for better communication from buybuy BABY regarding my order status. I am dissatisfied with the customer service received. This was our first purchase from BuyBuyBaby, and I am unsure if there will be another.
We recently bought a $[redacted] glider for our nursery. Upon delivery, the chair was left at the end of our driveway in the rain, resulting in a wet box and water stains on the glider. Further inspection revealed a large stain on the chair bottom, which was disappointing considering the price paid. We contacted customer service, who promised a replacement and arranged for pickup. However, FedEx failed to call before coming for the chair pickup as promised.
After a long phone call attempting to resolve the issue, the call unexpectedly ended after two hours of waiting. This situation has left me extremely disappointed, as I had high expectations from BuyBuyBaby based on reviews. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly to restore my trust in the company.
Any assistance would be appreciated, and I have photos available if necessary.

I recently placed an order for a crib, mattress, toddler bar, and conversion kit. While the toddler bar arrived on 7/27 as expected, the conversion kit didn't arrive until 8/1 in a severely damaged condition. The box was destroyed, many pieces were missing, and the hardware container was broken open. I tried to contact customer service on multiple occasions but experienced long wait times without resolution.
I am disappointed with the handling of this situation. Despite understanding that shipping issues might be out of the company's control, I believe there should be protocols to address damaged goods promptly. After investing approximately $[redacted] in your products, I expected better service. I am hesitant to purchase any more items from a company that exhibits poor customer service.
I urge for a prompt resolution to this matter.

I contacted customer service on September 7 regarding a car seat with a stain. I was told an exchange was set up and a shipping label was sent for FedEx to pick up within 24 to 48 hours, which did not happen. When I followed up, another representative said I needed to bring the car seat to USPS for the exchange and confirmed our scheduled exchange. Surprisingly, on September 14, a refund was issued to my credit card instead of the exchange I requested. This caused confusion as we were expecting a replacement, not a refund. We purchased the car seat at a discounted price with a coupon and hope to receive the same price for the new order. It's crucial for us to have the car seat promptly for our upcoming hospital visit. I called the customer service line twice tonight and spoke with an agent named Jona. Unfortunately, I had a frustrating experience as I was disconnected twice during our conversation. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, Jona mentioned that the supervisor was unavailable. It took multiple attempts for Jona to locate my order, even though I provided my order number (BAB[redacted]) several times. I ordered a crib, and the tracking number is [redacted]20. The delivery was expected today, but I have not received it yet. Jona's service was unsatisfactory; she was unhelpful and unclear. Towards the end of the call, when I wanted to confirm my contact information for the shipping company, she abruptly ended the call. This experience ranks as one of my worst in terms of customer service. I would appreciate a call back at [redacted] or contact via email. Thank you.

I placed an order during Buy Buy Baby's "Buy $[redacted] / Get $[redacted] Credit" promotion on the last day. The total I saw at checkout was $[redacted], but it turns out the promotion total is calculated after coupon deductions, so my total was actually $[redacted].13, just $5.87 short of the threshold. I reached out to Customer Service, but was essentially told tough luck. I purchased a crib mattress two days later, but they wouldn't consider it for the promotion as it had ended. I asked for corporate contact information but was denied. I really need this $[redacted] credit for my first baby, especially with the holidays coming up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I placed an order for a 4moms mamaroo swing on Sept 9 and paid for express shipping to receive it by Sept 14/15. The order did not ship, causing me frustration. After contacting Buybuybaby multiple times, a replacement order was issued on Sept 21. Despite an email on Sept 22 stating the item had been shipped, it had not. Another email on Oct 7 claimed a new product was shipped, which is now finally set to arrive on Oct 12. This prolonged process has left me disappointed, especially since it was a gift for my brother's newborn. The delay caused embarrassment and disappointment, considering the promises made. I find it unfair to still be charged for express shipping after facing numerous delays caused by the company. This experience has made me hesitant to shop at Buy Buy Baby again despite my initial confidence in them. The lack of transparency and repeated issues with the order handling have been extremely frustrating over the past month. Customer service should be smoother, especially when express shipping fees are involved.

I ordered a stroller from BuyBuyBaby on Black Friday. Unfortunately, they cancelled my order without notifying me two weeks later. Several other retailers had the same promotion at that time, offering a $[redacted] discount on the stroller. Now, that discount is no longer available elsewhere. If BuyBuyBaby had informed me promptly that the item was out of stock, I would have bought it from a different retailer. I am disappointed that BuyBuyBaby is not providing any compensation for the inconvenience they have caused.

I purchased a Braun MultiQuick 5 Vario Immersion Hand Blender in Black and eagerly waited for two weeks to use it for making food for my baby. Unfortunately, the system now indicates that my order was canceled without any explanation. This news is very disappointing to me. I ordered a gift from a registry for a shower, and DoorDash contacted me saying they couldn't find my address. Despite my clear directions, they delivered the package to the wrong house. After trying to reach them with no success, I contacted customer service and spoke with Mike. He assured me they would resend the item promptly. I inquired if they would use DoorDash again due to the initial mishap. It's been a week, and I have yet to receive the replacement. I plan to request a refund as this situation is unacceptable. In December, I reached out regarding a mix-up with my order: I received a WARMIE MICROWAVE BEAR instead of the plush bear I ordered for a baby, which poses a safety risk. I was assured the charges would be corrected, but they haven't been reflected on my recent bill. Despite waiting for return labels to send back the incorrect bear and duplicate item, I can't find the order numbers. My name is Lucille Thomson, and the charges were made on December 22nd. I plan to deduct the costs from my invoice and have my credit card company address the charges. Please provide instructions and labels for the return. It seems my order for a plush bear was redirected to Bed Bath and Beyond, which then forwarded it elsewhere without my consent. This error could have serious consequences for a baby's safety. Hello, my name is Debra Skimehorn. On October 2nd, I purchased a Graco Extend2Fit Convertible car seat from Buy Buy Baby for $34.99 on sale. After taxes, the total came to $49.98, which I paid for using my bank card. I received an email on October 3rd at 4:44, thanking me for my order and informing me that it was preparing to be shipped. I have attempted to contact them at [redacted] multiple times with no response. I have been trying to reach someone to process a refund back to my bank account.
