I am experiencing an issue with the refund I received from a recent purchase. I had bought glasses for $70, but my refund only amounted to $58, leaving a $12 discrepancy. The glasses I received were of poor quality as they were bent, did not fit well, and quickly became unusable.
Customer service offered me a choice of receiving half my money back in cash or a full store credit of $59.85, followed by an email suggesting a full store credit of $70.75 as an exception.
I am confused by the inconsistency in the refund amount promised and received, and I was hoping to quickly resolve this matter as I have already found a replacement pair of glasses.
Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I recently received new replacement frames for my glasses, but the screws provided do not fit when I try to change the lens from my old pair to the new frames. I also tried using the old frame screws on the new frames, but they do not work either. It seems like the screws are either faulty or incorrect for the frames. I urgently need new glasses as these are my only pairs, and I must have glasses to avoid further eye strain or damage.

When I received my back-ordered glasses with order #o[redacted], I noticed they were not focusing correctly. After corresponding with customer service, it seems the add value was missing from the prescription for my single-vision glasses. I am interested in sending back the glasses to have the add value of +2.00 done. I am concerned if this adjustment will turn the glasses into bifocals and if they will still fit in my 50mm purple oval frames ([redacted]). I have been a long-time customer of Zenni Optical and have always been satisfied with their products and service. However, this time has been a complete disappointment. I've had to return my glasses three times because they were not made correctly or did not have the right frames. Despite my intention to reorder another pair, I was informed that I would only receive a 50% refund. This is unacceptable considering the $[redacted] I paid for them. I have never encountered such issues before, even when ordering glasses for others. I insist on receiving a full refund for the faulty glasses and expect a [redacted]% refund for my new order, even if it costs more. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have to reconsider my continued patronage. I am willing to escalate this to the Better Business Bureau if necessary. I value my relationship with Zenni Optical and hope this can be resolved promptly.

I ordered a pair of glasses from Zenni, style number [redacted], but received two pairs of glasses, one correct and one with the wrong prescription. After contacting customer service, I returned both pairs and received store credit. I reordered style [redacted], but received the same incorrect pair again. Customer service was unhelpful and I am now stuck with glasses I didn't choose and cannot use.
