Our return policy at Zenni Optical is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the glasses within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or store credit. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process. We request that the glasses are returned in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging. However, please note that we are unable to accept returns for personalized items, including engraved or custom-made glasses. Additionally, shipping fees are non-refundable. At Zenni Optical, we strive to provide exceptional eyewear that meets your needs, but if for any reason you need to make a return, our friendly and knowledgeable team is here to assist you.
