My issue with the Netscape router remains unresolved. I haven't been able to reach a human representative for assistance. I still require a return shipping label from Yugster to send back the defective item I bought. It had connectivity issues with dead spots and did not function correctly. I paid $[redacted].99 plus tax for it using my credit card. Please process my refund promptly. Despite leaving several messages and contacting customer service, I haven't received a response. I need to return a Samsung Galaxy phone that is not Verizon compatible as advertised. I was supposed to receive an unlocked phone that can be used with Verizon, but when I took it to Verizon, I was informed that it doesn't work with Verizon SIM cards or memory cards. I am extremely upset about this situation! I purchased the phone along with the CPS Warranty, so I have invested $[redacted] in a product that is essentially useless to me. This has really put a damper on my Father's Day celebration. I would like to exchange it for a Verizon compatible phone, specifically the Samsung S7. My order number is Y[redacted] dated 5/12/18. I bought a NETGEAR Nighthawk AC [redacted] Smart Wireless AC Gigabit Router with the (DST) Dead Spot Terminator Wi-Fi Signal Booster on April 25, [redacted]. My order number is Y[redacted]. It was billed and shipped to Betty Singh at P.O. Box [redacted], Arcadia, Florida, [redacted]. When I received the product, I noticed that the box had both new and old tape, suggesting it might have been a returned item. There were no instructions inside. After two failed installation attempts by different technicians, I realized the router does not work. I have been trying to return the item for a refund through text messages and phone calls with no success. I request a return shipping label to be sent to my address. I am eager to send back this non-functional product and receive my refund. If I do not receive a response, I will escalate this issue to the Better Business Bureau. The price of the Netgear [redacted] router is $[redacted].99 before taxes. I look forward to your prompt reply.
