I am unable to access my account on Yola.com for my website youngperformersofamerica.com. As the owner, I need to determine which email is associated with this account. The website seems to have been reset and is currently not functioning properly, only displaying the words "pageok" when the URL is entered. We are looking to reactivate the website so that users can find it. The domain linked to the account is YOUNGPERFORMERSOFAMERICA.ORG, which is active on GoDaddy.com, a platform we have access to. I received an email offering me 50% off a silver website for a year, with the sale ending on 11/30/[redacted]. I visited the website to take advantage of the offer, but the silver was being sold at the regular price, not the discounted one. Even though yesterday was 11/30/[redacted], the offer should have still been valid. However, I am no longer interested. I prefer companies with good customer service where you can talk to a real person to address concerns. Thank you, Julia H.

I recently upgraded from a free Yola account, which came with a free domain name, to a Silver Pro subscription for $21.45 per month. After some research, I discovered that my SSL certificate is being replaced with one for the Pro subscription, causing a delay. I am experiencing a [redacted] Forbidden error from Cloudflare on my Windows 10 PC and cannot access my website. Yola has offered me a new custom domain name free of charge for the first year to help with the transition. Changing my URL may be inconvenient as many are familiar with it, but I am eager to resolve this issue promptly since I am starting a new online business. Your assistance is greatly appreciated to avoid further disruption to my business plans.

I have been a Yola customer for the past 14 years and am experiencing a major issue. My website, which was previously accessible on Yahoo and Google, has been disabled by an unknown party. Despite my efforts, the website is not opening, and this problem has persisted for the last 3 months. I originally posted something related to a conspiracy theory, which may have triggered this issue. I have removed the content, but the site remains inaccessible. I need assistance in restoring my website, which can be found at uniquediscovery.yolasite.com. If restoration is not possible, please cancel my 14-year-old account.
Additionally, I have three other Yola websites, one of which is currently divided into three columns. I would like to remove the columns and have just one column. Could you please provide instructions on how to make this change?
