I recently purchased a Yeti online from Walmart as a birthday gift for a friend. After reading an article about counterfeit products, I want to verify if the Yeti I bought is authentic. I noticed on Mercari, a platform for buying items, there are numerous individuals selling Yeti cups, coolers, stickers, and paperwork at much lower prices. I inquired with the company, and they mentioned that unless the company receives a statement confirming that the items are counterfeit, they will allow them to be sold. I am curious if it is safe to purchase from these individuals at such reduced prices. I am currently in California using my friend's phone as mine was stolen, and I have not received a replacement yet. I tried contacting the company via phone, but I have not received a response. I do not have access to my email, but my aunt may have it unless she has changed it.

Hello,
I emailed on Thursday but have not received a reply yet, so I am reaching out again. I also attempted to call customer service twice during business hours. I purchased the Tundra 45 cooler, which arrived, but the Yeti ice that was supposed to come with it was missing. I applied my military discount through ID.me, but I don't believe this is related to the missing item. Just providing some background information.

I had a laptop, small LED light, and a small computer fan plugged into an AC power source since the last power outage around 3 weeks ago. I didn't realize they weren't recharging, and the watt hours reached [redacted] hours which caused the system to shut down. I reset the hour meter but still, the devices are not recharging. I plugged them into the wall outlet using a Yeti power adapter ([redacted]-240VAC-19VDC). When I measured the power output with a multimeter, the red/black plug off the converter showed 19.73VDC. The input power on the front panel was reading 0 watts and 9.9V. I even tried leaving the unit unplugged overnight, but it didn't solve the issue. The unit was working perfectly fine before this incident.

I purchased one of your original Yeti hard coolers years ago. Recently, while towing my spray foam rig, the trailer detached from the truck on an overpass. Lacking a floor jack and in busy traffic, I had to resort to using the Yeti cooler to support the trailer while reconnecting it. My husband and coworkers were skeptical, but it held up without any damage. I've been sharing this story to showcase the durability of your coolers - it's truly impressive. I am now a loyal Yeti customer and will always choose your brand. Thank you for producing such a fantastic product.
