My ex-girlfriend wrote two very unprofessional and nasty reviews on Yelp as revenge. I have never treated Amy or had her as a client at my office. Yelp should be ashamed for allowing such misuse of their platform. Two clients have asked for refunds totaling $[redacted] due to these fake reviews. Amy has admitted they are false, but Yelp has not taken any action to remove them. It is frustrating that they have not been able to address this issue promptly. I am concerned about the impact this is having on my business. Hopefully, Yelp will address this situation soon.

I have been receiving unwarranted negative reviews on Yelp for my business from individuals who have not even visited our establishment. These reviews seem to stem from personal or political biases rather than actual experiences with our services. Despite not having an account with Yelp and not intending to create one, my business continues to be affected by these unauthorized reviews. I have requested Yelp to take down our listing, deactivate any account associated with our business, and eliminate these unfair reviews. How can I put an end to these misleading reviews and ensure that our business name is permanently removed from Yelp's platform?

I had been a long-time patient at the Animal Hospital of Itasca, but my experiences with Dr. Potts were very unpleasant. She was inconsistent in her demeanor, sometimes kind and other times abrupt. Even a technician at the clinic mentioned Dr. Potts' mood swings. After my cat passed away, I questioned some charges from an animal ER visit, which led to Dr. Potts interfering and speaking negatively about me. When I left an honest review about my experience, it was partially taken down from Yelp. Since then, I have been receiving negative messages from other clinic staff and even Dr. Potts' husband. I have contacted the owner of the clinic to address this unprofessional behavior. Dr. Potts' inability to handle criticism and resorting to harassment reflects poorly on the clinic's reputation. This situation needs to be resolved, and it's important for the clinic to understand the purpose of online reviews. Thank you, J. Olivio.

I have reported this issue multiple times with no resolution. A business called Paws On You in Attleboro, Massachusetts, has been causing me distress. The owner, Joeana Mills, is attempting to damage my reputation by falsely accusing me of leaving negative reviews on her Yelp business page, which I have not done. What I did was take a screenshot of her Facebook page where she is offering $20 free dog walks in exchange for positive Yelp reviews. I have evidence of this behavior. I am willing to provide it to have Yelp take action against her account. I hope Yelp upholds its guidelines and acts with integrity. Thank you.

I seem to have unintentionally ended up with 2 Yelp accounts, though I assure you I did not create the second one. Yelp informed me via email that one account would be deleted due to their policy against having multiple accounts. Despite my efforts, I am unable to access my original account using my email and last password. Requesting a password reset email from Yelp has not yielded any results either. After being a loyal Yelp user for years, the thought of losing all my reviews, friends, and comments is concerning. I am seeking technical assistance to resolve this issue promptly. Your help in changing my password and restoring access to my account, along with my long history of reviews, would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Cheryl T.

I am experiencing difficulty posting my review due to an unconfirmed registration. Despite clicking on the resend button, I am not receiving the email confirmation. I have noticed a typo in my email address "[redacted]," where "comcast" is misspelled. However, when attempting to correct it, I am informed that the accurate email is already registered in the system. I am unsure of how to proceed, although it is crucial for me to share this review. The business I am reviewing is persisting in unprofessional conduct towards others.

Luxury Layouts Flooring to BizOutreach
Hello Yelp, a business listing exists on Yelp. You can find it by searching "Luxury Layouts Flooring" in Merrillville, Indiana. I need assistance to correct the category chosen for our business page on Yelp. Our company specializes in servicing and repairing gas fireplaces and pellet stoves, not appliances. Despite our efforts, customers are inquiring about unrelated appliances like dryers and refrigerators. We are not involved in plumbing, so that category is not suitable. Kindly remove the incorrect "Appliances and Repair" category from our page on biz.yelp.com. Your guidance focuses on adding categories, but I require help with removing one. It would greatly improve our page's accuracy if you could rectify this issue promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am having trouble changing the incorrect category that was selected for our newly claimed business page on biz.yelp.com. The instructions provided only explain how to add a category, not remove one. Our business focuses on servicing and repairing gas fireplaces and pellet stoves, not appliances. Despite this, we keep receiving requests for dryers, washers, and refrigerators, which we do not deal with. Please assist us in removing the "Appliances and Repair" category from our page in Marin County, California. Our business is Eco Tech Gas Fireplace and Pellet Stove Repair and Servicing, and we would like to just have the category reflect our actual services of gas fireplaces and pellet stoves.

I am having trouble logging into my Yelp account to leave a review for a business. I have successfully left reviews before but am now unable to access my account. When I try to reset my password, I do not receive the email link from Yelp as promised. Additionally, when attempting to log in with Google, it redirects me back to the email/password page. I am unsure why this is happening and would appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you.

On December 22nd at 6:30 pm, I left a review on Yelp for Pacific Coin Laundry under the name Ann Fore. In the review, I mentioned my weekly visits to the laundry. However, I was surprised to see that the review showed up as if written by Ragene from San Francisco, CA. I actually live in Aurora, OR and not San Francisco. It seems like there might have been a mix-up. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted].

On September 22, [redacted], I posted a review on Yelp about Pacific Coin Laundry in King City, OR. I mentioned how I enjoy driving there weekly from Aurora, OR to do my laundry. The review praised the quality of the laundry service. I signed the review with my name, Ann Fore. However, when I checked the review online, it was attributed to someone named Ragene from San Francisco, CA. There seems to be a mix-up as I am Ann Fore, and it's highly unlikely that I would commute from San Francisco to Oregon weekly. My email is [redacted]

My name is Fran Van Milligan. I recently left my first positive review on Yelp for VCA Animal Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico. However, on the review, I am listed as Fran V from San Francisco, which is incorrect. I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico, not San Francisco. I'm not sure how this mistake occurred. Please, could someone correct this error? While San Francisco sounds lovely, I am located in New Mexico. Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,

I need to report an issue with a sales representative named Eric Bolin. He was very pushy and convinced me to try a three-week test for Yelp. Despite me clearly stating that I did not want to be automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription, he assured me it wouldn't happen. However, I have been billed $[redacted].57 in November, $[redacted] in December, and I am concerned about possible charges in January. I contacted customer service, and they confirmed my account has been closed, but I am requesting a refund for these unauthorized charges. I specifically asked Eric for assurance that this wouldn't occur.

Around five or six weeks ago, a representative contacted me about marketing my business on Yelp. Despite my concerns about the volume being too high for our small niche market, I agreed after being promised a refund if the service did not bring in clients. However, I have not received any calls but was charged $[redacted].33 on 12/2/[redacted], more than the agreed amount. After a frustrating hour-long hold, I canceled and assumed no further charges. To my dismay, Yelp charged me $[redacted].00 on 1/04/[redacted]. As my clients do not typically use Yelp, I am requesting a full refund and removal from automatic billing. I have a marketing company already and did not intend to hire Yelp. I am disappointed and eager to resolve this situation promptly.

Good evening, I am Jonathan Blanton, the General Manager at Creeds Seafood & Steaks. I wanted to address a particular reviewer on Yelp who appears to be seeking free items from businesses. I noticed inconsistencies in her detailed review of my restaurant, especially regarding a pretended hair in the food. After investigating, I found that her description didn't match my kitchen staff. I attempted to contact her, but she hasn't responded. Her pattern of negative reviews on multiple establishments in one day suggests ulterior motives. We pride ourselves on rectifying mistakes and not offering compensation for unjust claims. It would be appreciated if actions are taken against such behavior to protect businesses like ours. Thank you for looking into this matter. Jonathan Blanton, General Manager [redacted]

I wanted to share my recent experience at Pier 48 Oyster Bar in downtown Indianapolis on [redacted] S Pennsylvania Street, IN. My account on Yelp was unexpectedly deleted after I posted a review about this establishment. As a paying customer from the local community, I felt it was important to voice my concerns about the inequality and other issues I observed at Pier 48. It is disappointing that my review was removed without any explanation. It is crucial for businesses to be transparent, especially regarding matters such as racial and homophobic discrimination and public health safety during the ongoing pandemic. The owners of Pier 48 are involved in legal matters that may reflect on the overall environment of the restaurant.

I provided a $[redacted] cash deposit to Garages and Gates but encountered issues with their service. Initially promised a quick installation, it actually took 4 weeks. I requested a discount, which they declined, offering a refund instead. When I hesitated, they mentioned keeping part of my deposit, which was not in our agreement. Despite their promise to get back to me about the discount, I never received a response. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and delay in installing the garage door have left me dissatisfied. I am seeking clarification on the business details, including the name, address, and contact information, supposedly owned by Emmanuel Axelrad in Corona, CA.

After leaving a negative Google review for BUMPERDOC Auto Repair Escondido due to a rude phone interaction, I encountered professional repercussions when a customer referenced my full name and negative comments on Yelp. I was baffled as my role as an office manager doesn't involve making calls. Investigating the situation further, I found the same reviewer had left falsified feedback for another business, prompting suspicions of vindictive behavior by the BUMPERDOC owner. Upon noticing a pattern of aggressive responses from the owner, I became concerned about potential danger associated with their actions.

I had a concerning experience with American Tire Depot. When I went for an oil change, I requested full synthetic oil, but I later realized the oil was not as expected as my car was shaking. After discussing this with the manager, he agreed to redo the oil change. However, I overheard him instructing the technician to use blend oil instead of synthetic. I quickly corrected him and reminded him that I had paid for full synthetic oil. It's disappointing to think about how many others might have been overcharged by this company. Make sure to watch closely and verify the oil they are putting in your car to avoid similar issues.
