I am a big fan of the Wrangler Carpenter Jeans 94SEODV due to the ample tech pocket size, great fit, and durability. I have amassed a collection of around forty to fifty pairs over the years. Recently, I received three new pairs as a gift with the code 94LSWDV, but unfortunately, the tech pocket is too small. Although I have worn and washed one pair, the other two remain unused due to this issue. I am hoping to exchange them for two pairs of the 94SEODV jeans. Could you assist me with this? Additionally, I am curious about where I can purchase the 94SEODV jeans and what caused the smaller tech pocket in the 94LSWDV version. I usually wear a size 32 x 30, but I might need to switch to size 33 x 30 soon. Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate a retailer that carries the 33 waist size.

Despite being informed that Wrangler would reach out with more information, I have not been contacted yet. Having confirmed details beforehand would greatly assist me. My husband typically wears Lee jeans size 40 x 34, and I wear women's Levi Curvy Bootcut size 14 (32 x 33) instead of Wrangler jeans. Over the years, I have been loyal to Wrangler's 25MMXSN jeans, but I am now disappointed to find out they are no longer available. None of the alternative styles from Wrangler match the quality and fit of the #25 jeans I loved. As a fan of Wrangler and a participant in rodeo events for many years, I've noticed a shift towards Cinch jeans, possibly due to the unavailability of the beloved 25 jeans. It seems like Wrangler may be losing touch with the preferences of their customers, especially those in the rodeo community. While I have transitioned to Cinch out of necessity, I hope Wrangler reconsiders their product offerings to meet the demands of their dedicated customers. - Sincerely, TJ Costa

I returned the defective jeans to Wrangler over 10 weeks ago following their instructions. Despite sending emails three times in the past month, I have not received any response. Additionally, I attempted to contact their customer service number during their stated office hours, which are 8am to 6pm ET, but I only received a recording saying they are closed. The jeans tore around the back pockets after just 4 months of use, and I am eager to have them replaced.

Subject: Inquiry About Return Status for ORDER # [redacted] Good afternoon, I am reaching out to check on the progress of my return that was shipped on May 6, [redacted], for ORDER # [redacted]7. I have not yet received a refund for the two items returned, excluding the shipping fee. The USPS tracking number for the return label is [redacted][redacted]63. The total cost of my order was $54, not including shipping, plus $3.22 for tax, and deducted $8.10 for shipping discount, making it $49.10. Please verify these amounts if incorrect. I ensured to include one of the return labels inside the package along with the required paperwork. As per the tracking information, the return was delivered on May 17. I purchased six pairs of Rustler jeans a few months ago, five in dark blue and one in light blue. Recently, when I started wearing the lighter pair, I noticed loose stitching around the back pockets. I returned them to my local Walmart without a receipt, but they couldn't assist me due to the cash purchase. Despite trying to make use of them, the pants have now completely fallen apart after minimal wear. I've been a long-time buyer of Rustler jeans and never encountered this issue. I am disappointed with the quality of these pants. While the rest of the jeans seem okay, I wanted to bring this issue to your attention to address any potential quality concerns. I recently purchased a pair of Wrangler Retro slim straight jeans from boot barn. After only wearing them twice on short motorcycle rides, the jeans ripped at the inside top corners of the back pockets, making them unwearable. I have been a long-time Dickies customer and decided to try Wrangler, but I was disappointed in the quality after paying a high price for them. Although they looked, felt, and fit great, I have never had pants tear in the back like this before. I am dissatisfied with the price relative to the quality. While I planned to return them to the boot barn, it is too far away. I hope you can address the weak material in the rear to improve the quality of the jeans for future purchases.

I recently bought two pairs of Wrangler jeans (UPC# [redacted]01 and [redacted]) from Walmart. However, upon bringing them home, removing the tags, and washing them, I discovered one of the legs on a pair is 1 1/2 inches shorter than the other. This issue is quite noticeable when I wear them. Unfortunately, I cannot return or exchange them at the store after washing and removing the tags. I've been a long-time Wrangler customer and have never encountered this problem before. I own four pairs of men's Wrangler FR jeans, which were not inexpensive due to their FR quality. Unfortunately, every single pair is coming apart in the crotch region. I have documented this issue with pictures, and I am extremely disappointed. Each pair cost over $60, and it is unacceptable that they are failing in this manner. Given how hard we work for our money, purchasing new jeans is not a viable option. These jeans are not even a year old, and I find it hard to believe that I am the only one experiencing this problem.

I purchased a pair of jeans in my usual size from your store, but it seems this particular style fits differently and is too small for me. Unfortunately, the tag fell off when I tried them on and got lost in the post-Christmas clutter. The jeans are unworn and unwashed. I would like to exchange them for the correct size. I purchased six pairs of Wranglers for my son as Christmas gifts, but all the seats by the pockets have split. He wears them to work as he stands all day, working as a barber. Despite him weighing only [redacted] lbs, all the pants split in the same area. I am disappointed in the quality as he has only ever worn Wranglers.
