Wordperfect Customer Service Issues

I have been a WordPerfect user since the mid-1980s as per a mandate from Parks Canada. When I got my first PC, I purchased WP and have been using it ever since. I currently have WP Office X7, Home & Student on my Toshiba Laptop with Windows 10. After a clean wipe of my laptop, I tried to reinstall WP several times but it didn't work. Even with the firewall disabled, the installation was unsuccessful. I recently discovered on your website that there is no record of my purchases, which is disappointing. I have the sales receipt for WP7 bought at Staples in [redacted]. I faced challenges in the early years with WP handling reports with text and images. I am puzzled as to why I have no account, which is hindering me from loading WP7 and trying a trial download of WPX9. I have changed my email to [redacted] as my previous email linked to the non-existent WP account is no longer in use.

I have been using WordPerfect for many years, and after a laptop issue, I switched to Microsoft Word on a trial basis. I have now purchased the new WordPerfect but seem to have lost many old personal and work-related documents. Despite checking OneDrive and my laptop thoroughly, I can't find them. Microsoft advised me to reach out to you for help. My laptop is running Windows 10, and I am hoping to recover my missing documents, especially the ones labeled Granfelt and the newer ones from this year.

I really appreciate using Word Perfect for my office tasks and typing. However, I'm facing an issue where Corel Presentations keeps overriding my MS PowerPoint presentations, converting them to Corel format, which I don't prefer using. How can I prevent this automatic change from happening? I'm also curious if it's feasible to remove X9 and its additional features from my control panel while still retaining the office program itself.

I have been using WordPerfect since the DOS days. My issue is that when I attempt to email a document directly from WP, I receive an error message stating that I need a program associated with the email I am trying to send. I have searched online for solutions, but the information is too complex for me to understand. I am 80 years old and require straightforward instructions, something like a guide for beginners. If you review my account, you'll see my long-standing loyalty to WordPerfect. Recently, I upgraded to WP [redacted] and believe it's the best. I'm seeking an alternative program that is user-friendly so I can avoid having to print the page, then physically get up to send the document from my printer. Due to being in a wheelchair, moving around is challenging for me. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I am having issues with my address books, contacts, and the ability to print labels after uninstalling Word Perfect [redacted]. Despite following the instructions provided, I am unable to reinstall these items successfully. I have attempted various troubleshooting methods multiple times to no avail.
