Woolrich Customer Service Issues

Hello, I wanted to share my experience with a Woolrich parka my mom bought me as a special gift. The parka initially caught my eye and received many compliments. Woolrich truly has stunning designs and luxurious fur, setting it apart from regular coats. Hoping for long-lasting quality, we were surprised when the cotton exterior of the parka became faded and worn just two years after the purchase. Though the fur remains beautiful, I no longer feel comfortable wearing it. I am wondering if there is any way to obtain a replacement for the worn cotton exterior lining. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Good evening, a few years ago I purchased a Woolrich product, specifically the Woolrich John "Arctic Parka". I bought it from a store in Rome called "Nuvolari" on Via Balbo degli Ubaldo. After about two years, I approached the store with the receipt seeking assistance because the product had a color defect. The exposed parts had lightened while the hidden parts "under the hood" maintained the original color. I was directed to the Milan service center, who informed me they couldn't help as it was the first case of color fading attributed to how it was stored. I am writing to you now after several years because, as a simple employee who made many sacrifices to give my son a Woolrich jacket, I can no longer wear it as it looks indecent. I felt the need to express my frustration seeing a €[redacted] jacket wasted in the closet. I apologize for the outburst, but in times of crisis, not being able to afford a branded jacket adds to my anger. If my first complaint didn't resolve anything, this one probably won't either. I just want to emphasize to those behind this important production and distribution to better protect the customers. I contacted Woolrich's customer service regarding technical problems with my Woolrich full-size Heating Blanket, but they were closed, and no one answered the phone at 1-[redacted]. I previously spoke to customer service about issues with Woolrich Heating Blankets. I managed to reach a representative who provided me with a replacement at the end of last year. Unfortunately, the replacement for my Woolrich Berber full-size Heating Blanket has stopped working and keeps flashing an E on the timer. The customer service representative mentioned that I have a 5-year warranty. Can I please request another replacement in the off-white color?

Good morning, I recently purchased a parka with a detachable down jacket and fur on the hood. After the first wash, despite the laundry's assurance of following the label instructions (I have their written statement), the garment came out completely ruined.
