I enjoy entering sweepstakes sponsored by Women's Day. After entering, I often receive a magazine in the mail, which prompts me to cancel the subscription online. Unfortunately, when trying to cancel, I am unable to find the option to opt-out of the magazine or subscription service. It would be helpful if the cancellation process on the website could be improved to include this important checkbox. Otherwise, I will continue to encounter difficulties and frustration when trying to cancel. Thank you for addressing this issue.

We have been receiving Women's Day magazine for some time now, even though we did not subscribe to it. We have tried to unsubscribe via the simple method, but it was unsuccessful. Following the provided instructions also did not work. I am managing the magazine for my mom, who is 87 and prefers not to be disturbed. Women's Day is not her preferred genre as she enjoys gardening and physical work outdoors. It seems that the magazine is not a good match for her interests. We trust that we will not be charged for something we did not request and that was not suitable. We appreciate your understanding and assistance. Please cancel the magazine subscription with no penalties. Thank you.

I subscribed to Woman's Day at a special renewal rate of $5.00 for one year, paying on 4/16/[redacted] for the subscription to start in May [redacted] and end in May [redacted]. Unfortunately, I've encountered various issues. After not receiving the May issue until I contacted you, I have not received any subsequent issues. Despite multiple requests, I have been informed that the June and July issues are no longer available and that my subscription will be extended to June [redacted]. I don't want extended expiration dates, I want the magazines I paid for, specifically the June and July issues. I have been a long-time subscriber to Woman's Day without any previous problems, but I am struggling to contact the appropriate department to resolve this issue. Please respond to my email and send me the missing magazines. My account number is [redacted]. Thank you. Cecilia C., P.O. Box [redacted], Sagamore Beach, MA [redacted].

I recently received a copy of Woman's Day Magazine in my home mail, only to receive an invoice the following day demanding payment of over $7.00. The odd part is that I never placed an order for any magazine online. After some investigation, I contacted the corporate headquarters using a number I found online. The lack of customer service contact information on the bill raised my suspicion. I spoke with a customer service agent named George Cruise, who requested payment for a security virus protection program, which seemed fishy given my situation. I am concerned about potential hacking into my PC network and unauthorized transactions from my bank account. I am reaching out for assistance regarding this vexing matter. If not resolved soon, further action may be taken. Thank you, Mrs. J.

Account number [redacted]: The original subscription was a gift for my mother, Joyce Basore, while I was in California and she was in Michigan. My mother lived in Wixom, MI, but has since moved. Before her relocation, I informed her that if she wished to continue the subscription, she would need to pay for the upcoming year. I have previously informed your company that I will not be covering additional years. Thus, I reiterate my request to cancel this subscription. Kindly refrain from any further communication or outreach regarding this matter.
Regards,
Susan Basore

I initially agreed to a one-time $5 deal with no auto-renewal. After the program ended, I intended it as a gift for my fiancée. She enjoyed the magazine and can subscribe independently. Despite receiving renewal emails, I did not respond as I did not want to renew. However, my credit card is now being charged $37.54 by Woman's Day magazine, which I do not wish to renew. I have already had to cancel my credit card due to this issue. I am discontinuing any agreements with this magazine. Thank you for your assistance. When my credit card company flagged a fraudulent $37.54 charge, they didn't specify it was from Woman's Day magazine. Hence, I am reaching out now. Thank you, Garth L.

I am receiving invoices for items I did not purchase from you. This situation feels bothersome, and I would prefer this to cease as it resembles harassment. I have no interest in escalating this matter, but I will if necessary. I have repeatedly stated that I did not request any magazines and have no desire to receive any. If you need to address this, please contact me at [redacted]. I contemplated calling to voice my concerns, but I was unable to locate a contact number for your company, which seemed suspicious.

I recently bought a new iPad, and now I can't access any of my Woman's Day past or current issues. The app doesn't have a "forgot password" option, and despite trying all my usual tricks, I can't log in. My subscription just renewed, but I can't read any articles. I attempted to reach out to the publisher, but their support is offline, and Apple is not providing any solutions. My address for the hard copy issues is [redacted] Flagship Drive, Lutz, Florida, [redacted].

I'm searching for an article from the 1970s about knitted purses made with rug yarn. I believe it may have been a summer edition. I am interested in obtaining a full copy of the magazine or at least a colored image of the knitted purses along with the article providing instructions. My goal is to recreate these purses that my mother made for our family. I have been unsuccessful in locating the article or patterns, although there were approximately five different versions showcased. Despite reaching out to various contacts at Woman's Day without success, I am hopeful that someone can assist me promptly. Thank you for your anticipated support in this matter.
