Order number W[redacted][redacted] was placed on 4/16/20. I received the delivery notice initially for 4/30, but on 5/1, I was informed that the item was no longer available. After a lengthy phone call, I was given a new delivery date of 5/6 with an alternate product since they couldn't find anything for the original order. I appreciate your products, but the experience was disappointing. I expected the gift on time and was frustrated to be notified after the delivery date. Now, I have to wait another week. Thank you for listening to my concerns. I hope the original order can be delivered at no additional cost whenever possible. - Unhappy customer

Hello,
I have utilized Wolferman's for gifting purposes to my loved ones a few times. However, I am disappointed by the shipping costs. When I recently ordered the English muffin 4 pack sampler, the initial shipping fee was $11.99, which I found to be excessively steep. Subsequently, I attempted to reorder it, and the shipping cost decreased to $8.99, but I still consider it to be quite high.
In the past, I have benefitted from free shipping on my purchases. Could you possibly assist me in adjusting the shipping fees for my order?

I encountered difficulties placing an order on Wolferman's website (Harry & David) on 12/7, so I called to make the purchase instead. The agent I spoke with seemed unsure of the process and took nearly 45 minutes to complete the order. Although my American Express number was taken, no order number was provided. The expected delivery date was stated as 12/16. Unfortunately, without an order number, tracking the shipment proved to be impossible. Contacting Wolferman's resulted in a 1 1/2-hour wait for a call-back, and after giving up on that, I tried communicating with a virtual agent without success. I'm unsure of what steps to take next in this situation.

I received Order W[redacted][redacted] for the Christmas Tree Cheesecakes (51790W) delivery, but the cold packs were not frozen. Placing the cheesecake in the fridge did not preserve it, as it smelled sour and tasted bad upon opening. Fortunately, we discovered this before serving it to guests. I've been a loyal customer purchasing holiday gifts from this company and hope that future gifts will arrive in better condition.
I am requesting a refund for the unsatisfactory item.
