Our return policy at Wolfermans.com is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund of the purchase price. We ask that you provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will cover all return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Please note that personalized items, perishable goods, and gift cards cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective. Our goal is to make the return process as simple and convenient as possible for you.
