I have encountered an issue on keithsavasID.com multiple times recently. After selecting a version to refine and publish from the history in the WIX builder and clicking the blue VIEW button, Wix correctly loads the chosen version. When I proceed to click the blue RESTORE button, WIX loads a different version which is not desired and frustrating. I am following the steps instructed, and the inconsistency is causing confusion. Repeating the same process and getting a different outcome each time is frustrating. As a premium member, I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly to refine and publish my website efficiently.

I am facing an issue with my website, heartpotential.com. On the site, I have two words, "published" and "recommended," written in red that are clickable links to external pages. While they work fine on the website, they are not functional on mobile phones. These links used to work on mobile but no longer do. In summary, I need assistance fixing these links to ensure they are clickable not only on the website but also on mobile devices.

My websites consistently lose formatting and display differently across various browsers such as Edge, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. Even after designing on Safari or Chrome on a Mac and viewing on a Windows computer in Chrome, the layout appears misaligned with text out of place. The site is unresponsive, often lagging and malfunctioning. Despite restarting computers, issues persist, potentially related to WIX. My edits don't always save, forcing me to repeatedly save, close, and reopen to verify changes persisted. When showcasing sites to clients, these problems turn them off, even with thorough preparation. Additionally, broken links occasionally occur. WIX's performance hinders productivity as completed work frequently appears altered upon returning or in previews on different devices.

Hello Wix, We are a reseller and developer of your services. We are experiencing difficulties with the editor, including content freezing, unsavable changes, and formatting issues when building sites. We are unsure if our account is set up correctly and need assistance. Can you connect us with a channel manager or provide direct support? Our efforts to address the issue internally have included using various browsers and desktop computers (MAC/PC) with sufficient RAM and graphics cards. We have also tried different broadband networks with varying speeds. Despite clearing cache and cookies, the problems persist. We have been attempting to resolve these issues for several days through messages and emails. Please assist us as soon as possible. Thank you.

My bank card was unexpectedly declined during my domain renewal process, even though it is linked to my bank account with adequate funds. My domain has been unexpectedly suspended since mid-June without any prior notice. Following communication with a Wix support representative named Hannah, I was advised to make a payment through PayPal, which is also connected to my bank account. Despite making the payment as instructed, my domain remains suspended. I would greatly appreciate a phone call from a customer support representative to assist me further.

A few months ago, our website, redcottagemontessori.com, was temporarily shut down for an unpaid subscription. Despite making the payment, our site was deactivated again last week, even after a second payment. I'm having trouble accessing my Wix account for the website Orphanstochampions.com. Although I can access it with a saved password, I can't remember the password and it's not saved on Google. My account at hgm6478 - His Grace Ministries, a divorce support ministry on Wix, has been accessed by an unauthorized user with the username contact80725. This user is hampering my ability to manage my website by blocking my access. I need assistance to regain control and secure my account. Last week, my credit card was compromised, and I was issued a new one. American Express assured me that ongoing e-merchants did not need the updated number. However, this morning, I received an email from Wix regarding a chargeback related to my account. The service was canceled due to non-payment, and my card associated with the payment was blocked for future transactions. Consequently, my website is currently down, and I am unable to resolve the issue myself as I cannot log in. I urgently need assistance to address this matter. My domain merrietriplettmarketing.com is currently inactive due to an ICANN issue. I have not received the email confirmation from ICANN. I have attempted to have the email link resent multiple times as instructed by Wix, both when I initially got the domain a few weeks ago and today when I discovered it was inactive. Despite hitting the "resend ICANN letter" button several times, I have not received the email at my correct address [redacted] I have checked my spam folder as well. Please address this matter promptly or refund my payment.

My domain was deactivated by ICANN due to not receiving the confirmation email. I have attempted to resend the email link multiple times following the website instructions. I first realized the issue a few weeks ago when I initially obtained the domain from your service. Today, upon noticing the domain was inactive, I tried to resend the email again with no success. The correct email address on file is [redacted] Note that I accidentally selected the "fixed" button earlier, but the problem remains unresolved. I've been attempting to purchase a subscription for two weeks now but I've encountered issues on the website. When trying to select the 2-year Premium Plan, nothing happens once I click "select." I also tried the other plan options, but the same issue occurred. I urgently need assistance as I am working with a vendor on a time-sensitive project for a website being built on the WIX platform. Last month, I contacted support regarding our website being under construction for an extended period. A representative assisted in publishing it at bautch8.wixsite.com/sjbautch. Now, we are facing an issue where we have two websites, and the main one we paid for, www.sjbautch.com, is under construction again. Whenever I try to access it, I keep getting redirected to the SEO page. Our only goal is to ensure that the correct webpage appears on the Wix site and to publish it with Google. Unfortunately, resolving this problem has been challenging.

I am experiencing two issues. Previously, I subscribed to the Instagram app for my Wix website at $5.99 per month. However, the app sometimes doesn't work when visitors go to my page, so I removed it from my site. Despite this, I am still being billed for the service. I need to cancel the Instagram subscription to cease the charges, especially since I've been billed again recently. Secondly, I recently installed the portfolio app on my website. While I love how it appears on my computer, the display is not the same on mobile devices. When I click on the main picture, it does not show the accompanying data or the rotating pictures as seen on the computer. Once the Instagram subscription is canceled, I would like to inquire if the credit could be applied towards the portfolio app bill instead of a refund.

I have recently started a new nonprofit movement with a focus on grandparent rights in Florida. I purchased a domain from GoDaddy this morning for a great price. However, when I tried to add the domain to my Wix website, I realized they require a monthly fee which I cannot afford.
