I recently bought a gold band tennis watch with a black face, including a couple more items. Unfortunately, the last tennis watch I received had an issue. When I opened the package, I found that the hand counting down the seconds of the day had broken off and was lying on the crystal of the watch. I reached out regarding this problem and submitted photos, but I have yet to receive a response after 7 or 8 days. I just want the watch replaced. My purchase history might be under Margaret Ann Case, so there could be confusion there. I simply want a fully functional watch with all its parts intact. I would like to exchange 2 pairs of jeans, please. One pair I just received has a run in it, and the size is XXL, but I need a XXXL. The other pair is an XL sky blue pair with no specific details besides the tag with the number T[redacted][redacted]. It has beautiful white wear near the knees. We purchased a 12 X 10 outdoor gazebo with a steel frame and netting in brown from Geek. Their website indicated it was delivered, but we didn't receive it. After contacting Geek's customer service, they said it was lost in transit via FedEx and provided a tracking number. However, when we checked, it wasn't our package. We've checked with local post offices, but it hasn't turned up. Geek mentioned they would refund us, but the gazebo is still missing. We've been loyal customers and still want the gazebo, but we feel a decent discount or promo code is fair given the inconvenience. I made a purchase on April 1st for a vanity that was supposed to arrive by April 21st. However, it was damaged in transit and sent back to the warehouse. A replacement was sent out for delivery on May 25th, which also did not arrive. Due to the delay, I have now relocated to work in Mississippi and would like the item delivered to my sister's address at [redacted] Country Estates Drive, Florence, Mississippi, [redacted]. My bank account is now closed, and I do not want a refund but rather the vanity in perfect condition. Due to the inconvenience, I believe some compensation is fair – perhaps $[redacted] worth of items from your company. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I may have to pursue further action, which I hope to avoid.

I placed an order 10 days ago, and after the bank cleared the payment, the delivery was scheduled. Suddenly, the order was canceled by the company without any explanation. I had to reorder my items worth $70 individually, missing out on a 5% coupon, a free shipping coupon, and a 20% discount coupon. I need assistance with an issue regarding my recent order. I purchased a black Crocodile messenger bag and a dark coffee Crocodile messenger bag, but there was a mix-up with the delivery. The black bag arrived promptly with my other items, while the dark coffee bag was delayed. However, when it finally arrived, I received two additional black Crocodile messenger bags that I did not order.
The shipping address on the package is in a foreign language, making it difficult to return the extra bags I am being charged for. I have purchased three items that you have mistakenly refunded and put under review, resulting in being charged twice without receiving any refund. I am extremely frustrated with this situation and the lack of customer support from Wish app. I am considering legal action if this matter is not resolved promptly. Please refund the money to my credit card immediately. This experience has been the worst I have ever encountered with an app, and I demand a resolution today.

I recently received a package from Wish.com, but instead of the air BB gun I ordered, I received a picture of a gun on fabric along with pictures of Batman and a Ninja also on fabric, which I did not order. Moreover, I have been waiting for my wedding band set, a necklace, bracelet, pinky ring for myself, and another necklace with a diamond center, which I haven't received. The messages I receive about the wedding bands ask if I have them, but I do not. I would like to return the fabric pictures and exchange them for the air BB gun. Additionally, I have already paid for Bluetooth earbuds, and I would prefer to have them sent by mail instead of picking them up from a store, as suggested. I was browsing your website and adding items to my cart when suddenly a message popped up saying my order has been processed. I didn't click anything to confirm or see any prices, it just happened unexpectedly. I didn't intend to place an order as I was still deciding on my purchases. I tried contacting you immediately to cancel the order, but I couldn't reach anyone. I never completed the order and would like a full refund. I have been waiting for my last order from Wish for 3 to 4 months now. It was a big order, and I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years. After reaching out to customer service, they advised me to request a refund and reorder the items. However, now they are asking me to appeal the refund. I never faced any issues with Wish before, but now I am struggling. I informed them of my address change well in advance, so I believe some items should have reached my new address. Despite this, I am still waiting for my refund so I can reorder. If the process continues to be this complicated, I may decide not to shop with Wish in the future.

I placed two orders and specified separate shipping and billing addresses. Despite multiple messages confirming the corrections, one item was mistakenly delivered to the billing address in Tullahoma, not the correct shipping address at [redacted] Rainbow St, McMinnville, TN, as previously arranged. I did not receive the item in McMinnville, as stated. I am informed that I will be refunded, but I am extremely frustrated as I am expecting six more items. Why is it so challenging to simply ship to the correct address or provide accurate information regarding refunds? This experience is unacceptable, and I am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau. This level of dissatisfaction and difficulty with each order is unacceptable.

I accidentally added 13 rugs to my cart on Wish and didn't cancel the order in time. I didn't click the buy button, but they were still shipped. Now Wish won't refund me until I return the rugs, which won't arrive until July. I can't afford to ship them back due to the cost and potential overdraft fees. My account was flagged because I requested multiple refunds. I placed an order for eight items a few weeks ago but haven't received any of them. I expect to receive either the products or a refund. Instead of a refund to my bank, I was given Wish cash, limiting its use. To repurchase items not received, I used the Wish cash and got one of the items today, but it's the wrong size. Wish automatically declined my refund request for undelivered items. I find this unfair and possibly illegal. If I can't receive the rest of my items or a refund, I'm unsure what steps to take next. I want to let you know that I'm not done addressing this matter. As a customer who felt mistreated, I was insulted, called names, and denied assistance. Despite not needing free items, a previous mishap was mishandled leaving me feeling wronged. After being accused of dishonesty, dealing with offensive messages was distressing. I hoped for better communication and understanding, not further mistreatment. Losing data due to a phone hack, including irreplaceable photos, was devastating. I placed orders for 2 items; one on June 13th and the other on June 14th. The delivery tracking for both items ceased on June 20th. I am uncertain about the whereabouts and expected arrival of the items. The initial estimated arrival was July 7th for the first item and July 2nd for the second item. However, both shipments have been delayed, with new estimated delivery dates of July 9th for the first item and July 14th for the second item. I am dissatisfied with the extended delays and lack of tracking information. I opted to purchase from Wish based on social media advertising, but I am disappointed with the service. I am frustrated that I have invested my money in a platform that fails to fulfill its promises. I am seeking a refund to my PayPal account to explore purchasing the items locally.
