I have faced significant delays with most of my recent orders, except for two. I have been trying to get refunds for items I bought back in October, but my account got locked, preventing me from seeking refunds for the remaining undelivered items. I am frustrated by this situation. I am not misusing the system; I am simply dissatisfied as a customer. I doubt I will ever get the items, so I am seeking a refund for my Christmas purchases. I placed these orders well ahead of the holiday to ensure timely delivery, but now it seems unlikely they will arrive on time. I have found the customer service provided by the Wish app to be extremely poor. Once I resolve these issues, I plan to delete the app due to the unsatisfactory customer service and treatment I have received. If the items do not arrive within the estimated timeframe, I expect a refund. The varying estimated arrival times make me believe this app may not intend to refund money intentionally. I feel deceived by the multiple delays and excuses. I am extremely upset and no longer interested in receiving the products; I simply want a refund and to uninstall the app.

I ordered 8 of one item and just 1 of another, totaling $[redacted]. After finalizing the order, my account was debited but wish.com then requested to "verify" my account using my driver's license. Although hesitant, I complied. After verifying, my account suspension was lifted, but the order I placed during the verification hold remains unprocessed. I am experiencing issues with making a payment through PayPal. Despite confirming my card and submitting the necessary documents, the system keeps prompting me for additional details. I can't wait up to 3 business days for a resolution as I needed to make the purchase yesterday for a Christmas present. Could someone please contact me at .[redacted] to assist promptly? I am not willing to pay extra charges as this seems to be a technical glitch from your end. The error message states a problem with communication with PayPal, and it needs urgent fixing. Dealing with this issue for 26 hours has been very frustrating, and I hope for a swift resolution.

I received a product from your company, and it arrived slightly damaged and was not what I was expecting. I encountered difficulties with the return process when trying to provide a picture for the return. It has been over 30 days, but I am now attempting to address this issue by visiting your website. I recently encountered an issue with my Wish account being hacked under the email: [redacted] Wish refunded me $30.74 and advised me to create a new account under the email: [redacted] due to a hold on my original account. However, despite creating the new account, the refunded money is still inaccessible in the old hacked account linked to [redacted] It has been nearly two months, and the $30.74 remains trapped. I kindly request Wish to transfer the funds from the account associated with [redacted] to my new account, [redacted], as recommended. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

All my recent orders got canceled, and now I'm unable to place new orders due to being blocked. My debit card was blocked by the credit union after being used in San Francisco. Wish Co. requested a bank statement showing my purchases to clear things up. I visited the bank, and they sent a letter to Wish. This happened on Dec. 10th, and I'm still waiting for a response. Despite the credit union unblocking my card swiftly, Wish Company has not yet resolved my issue. The letter from Wish promised a quick resolution upon receiving the information. I am still unable to place orders and could use some assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you. - Nancy

I have been ordering from Wish for a while now, but my recent orders have been experiencing issues with delivery. I live at unit 12, 16 Willerton Avenue in New Lynn, Auckland [redacted]. It seems my address is being confused with just 16 Willerton, which is a complex with 50 units. The mail carrier isn't familiar with me, as the mail should include the specific unit number. I received an empty package that was mistakenly left without the unit number. This has left me quite upset. I believe it's important for Wish to address seller issues with shipping promptly, rather than penalizing customers for seeking refunds. My experience ordering on Wish has been the worst compared to other online platforms. Once I receive all my orders or refunds for undelivered items, I plan to close my account. Wish should not expect customers to keep ordering to improve account status. It's crucial for Wish to investigate delivery problems and mediate between sellers and buyers. Simply flagging customer accounts is not a resolution and may drive loyal customers away. I hope this can be addressed to enhance the shopping experience for all customers. Hello, my name is Timsheffield. I am reaching out about my order number 5B9419CAF1D3656D59DE33335 placed on September 8th, [redacted], through the Wish website. Initially, the estimated delivery date was October 22nd, [redacted], but then it got postponed to October 29th, [redacted]. The package tracking number is FUYUS[redacted]YQ. Unfortunately, I have not received my order. Every time I tried to contact support through the app, they only offered a refund or to wait. I decided to wait, but later when I asked for a refund, I was informed that the warranty for exchange or return had expired. I am left without my product and without a refund due to the return policy. I find this situation unfair. I would like to either receive my package promptly or get a refund. Thank you.

I have been in contact with Wish for over a week now. I had a query regarding an order I placed a month ago. I ordered a t-shirt for $6 and a pair of women's boots for $16, making the total $25. However, I was charged $54 for the two items. Wish explained that there was a discrepancy in prices compared to other stores. I placed a larger Christmas order, and on two items, I was charged $54. I am Michael B. from Philadelphia, PA. I have experienced issues with my smartwatch order from Wish. Despite the USPS tracking showing it was delivered, I have not received it and efforts to resolve the matter have been unsuccessful. I paid $19.19 for the watch but feel taken advantage of as Wish refuses to refund me. Receiving no watch and no refund has left me dissatisfied. Despite my numerous emails for help being ignored, Wish claims to support safe shopping. I had hoped for a resolution, even in Wish credit, but the lack of response has left me hesitant to do business with them again. The missing watch was supposed to arrive on December 6, [redacted], and since December 7th, I have tried to reach out to Wish for assistance to no avail. I am having trouble replying using the blue button on Emails. When I try to reply through my notifications, the screen goes blank after a while. It seems like I might be blocked, as I cannot communicate effectively with customer support and feel like I am going in circles. I received an email stating that my order for a little Afro baby doll had arrived and was asked to review it. However, the doll I received was not the one I ordered; it is a cheap toy I could have purchased locally. Dear Customer Service, I received my order with free shipping and return shipping, but the return label I received only covers 1.0 oz. of shipping. When I tried to send back the laptop at the post office, they said the label was insufficient for mailing it. I have attached a picture of the label for reference. Could you please provide me with a new shipping label for Order# 5bfe18fc2d7e304df8128e18 that covers the weight of a laptop which is 7.34 lbs? I also need the label to include the weight of the cardboard box and packaging, so a label for over 10 lbs. is required. I have attempted to contact customer support four times regarding an item I received on the same day it arrived. I have not received any emails or responses back. What is the point of having customer support if they are unresponsive? This item was a crucial Christmas gift for my son, and I received the completely wrong product. How will this mistake be rectified? Given that the correct item won't arrive in time, how do you plan to resolve this issue? Furthermore, other items I ordered with a delivery date of December 17th now show delivery dates of December 30th and 31st, which means they won't arrive in time for Christmas either. This situation needs to be addressed promptly. If you cannot deliver items by the promised date, it should not be advertised as such.

I simply want to cancel the orders I made recently. I have already spoken with Lisa and confirmed that no charges have been made to mine or my husband's Visa accounts. I wish to cancel the orders placed around the 15th, 16th, and 17th of this month. I started one order yesterday but have not received any shipping information, so I'd like to cancel it. My husband passed away last month. I was an authorized user on his Visa card and made several purchases from Wish. However, Visa has not received payment as the card was cancelled. You contacted me saying the order was on hold, which is why I want to cancel the orders. Once I have a new card, I will reorder. Please cancel my orders as they have not been paid for or shipped. My order has been put on hold because I was asked to provide additional information. The request was for a copy of my bank statement showing a recent purchase, which I cannot provide because I have not bought anything from Wish in over a year. Despite sending multiple emails to ask for clarification on the information needed, I have not received a response. This is not the first time I've had issues with Wish, as I have previously experienced problems with undelivered items after spending a significant amount on men's shoes and clothes. I have been dealing with this issue for several days now. I received a damaged package in the mail which did not contain the tongue rings I ordered. I promptly contacted the order issue department to explain the situation and requested for the tongue rings to be resent as they are meant to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. Despite my repeated requests for the item to be resent, a refund was issued instead. I have been trying to communicate my preference for the tong rings for the past few days. Unfortunately, I am now unable to send further replies to the order issue box. I have reached out to customer support, but each time I speak with someone new, I have to explain the situation all over again. All I am seeking is for the tongue rings to be resent, not a refund or anything else. Please assist me with this matter.
