My account has been flagged due to my requests for refunds. I bought three items from your website, but there have been shipping address issues with the post office, causing the items to be stuck. I have been unsuccessful in reaching a customer service representative, which has been frustrating. I simply want to reorder the items to a different address as the current situation is beyond your control. I have already received a refund for my wig, but I am still waiting for two books that are delayed, so I would like refunds for those as well in order to place new orders to the correct address. I spoke with a representative yesterday to request the cancellation of my entire order. After checking today, I realized that only one item was canceled and the rest were not. When I initially reached out, I sent an email expressing my frustration with the lack of appropriate options in the computer support system. Unfortunately, there isn't a clear way to specify the cancellation of the entire order through the automated system; it only allows for the cancellation of individual items.

I recently made a purchase online for a black bandana shirt with matching pants, autumn basketball black shoes, and a green and black hoverboard. The total cost was $90, and I used my bank card to pay for it. Unfortunately, I have only received the bandana outfit today, but it was delivered to the wrong address and signed for by someone else. The hoverboard is delayed until the 25th of December instead of the 18th, and the shoes won't arrive until January 12th, even though I paid for them this month. I am encountering issues when trying to apply coupons or promo codes on Wish. I am using the mobile app as indicated, but keep receiving pop-up messages stating various reasons why the codes cannot be applied, contrary to what the coupons specify. One of the codes I am trying to use is for 95% off plus free shipping with the code # rzdwmsz, and another for 70% off Everything with the code # kbpyyxg, both without an expiration date. I am a regular customer, ordering approximately twice a month, and faced delivery issues in the past, yet never used a coupon before. About a month ago, I downloaded the Wish app from Google Play onto my cell phone. Today, I used my mother's bank card on the app to order a PlayStation 4 for my son. The payment was verified, and I received shipping information stating it would arrive next Thursday after Christmas. Shortly after, I was asked by Wish to provide a screenshot of my email and a picture of a purchase from my bank account on the app. I searched for customer support on the app but could only find the request for my information. When I tried to access Wish through Google, I was prompted to create an account but found no shopping history. Returning to the app, it still showed my order being processed but requested the same information. I purchased a Crosman PFM16, and although the tracking info shows it was delivered on Dec 19 at 2:15, I have not received it. I have contacted both Wish and UPS but have not gotten any useful assistance. Every time I check the tracking information, it just confirms the delivery on the 19th without any additional details. I am eager to either receive the item I ordered or discuss this matter with a representative.

I am experiencing issues with my orders not arriving on time. Despite waiting past the refund deadline, I have faced challenges with obtaining refunds. It's frustrating to be accused of fraud when all I have done is follow the provided procedures of waiting for my orders to arrive. I have even lost money due to waiting for extended periods. When I attempted to return the refunded money, I was threatened with legal action for supposedly making fraudulent claims. I only followed the instructions given to wait five days after the delivery date.

I placed two orders on Wish, totaling six items. I have only received two items. I requested refunds for the remaining items: a fashion heart-shaped pendant Nana bracelet, an exquisite Nana ring, [redacted] color gel pen refills in neon (already refunded), 1 nylon LED dog collar, and 3 PC [redacted] colors water. Another order for 60 color refill watercolors was also refunded. However, when I tried to get a refund for the dog collar and the [redacted] colors water, I was informed that my account has been flagged for excessive refunds. I believe two refunds are not excessive, especially since one item was free. I was advised to order more to restore good terms, but I prefer to resolve this issue first. I enjoy shopping on Wish but find it unfair that customer service limits my queries. I hope to have all my items refunded and decide on future orders. Thank you.

This was my first order with this company, and unfortunately, my merchandise was stolen. I purchased an Assassin's Creed black coat in size large and was assigned tracking number LW[redacted]85CN. I recently ordered a tripod that I really wanted and chose a watch as my free BLKFRIDAY gift. Unfortunately, my account was hacked and the shipment was redirected to someone in the US, even though I'm in Jakarta, Indonesia. I've never had delivery issues before. After contacting support through the app, I asked them to change the shipping address back to mine without canceling or refunding my order. Instead, they deactivated my account, canceled the order, and converted my payment into Wish cash. Now I'm left without my order and stuck with unused Wish cash. Despite multiple attempts to contact support and assurances that they would resolve the situation, I haven't heard back since my last email on December 7.
