I realized that I never received a notice that my order was being processed, so I checked the order history and it showed no record of the purchase. However, I found that $[redacted].07 was charged to my account by WISH. I kindly request that my order be shipped with free next-day freight due to the inconvenience I have faced. I placed an order with OUURS_GIFTS_SG for a toothpick crossbow chopsticks set, and the estimated arrival date has been pushed back multiple times. Originally set for Oct 22, then moved to Oct 29, and now delayed again until Nov 25. I've been informed that my account is flagged for too many refunds and they refuse to refund me unless I make additional purchases. My previous refunds were only for items that never arrived. Can an account be flagged for frequent non-deliveries or possible theft for failing to provide items after payment? This situation needs immediate resolution. I follow the refund policy and expect the same in return. If the item doesn't arrive by the agreed delivery date, I should be refunded promptly. This issue needs to be addressed as it feels like my money is being taken without receiving the purchased items.

My mother accidentally ordered multiple items instead of adding them to her wishlist. She cancelled some orders but is unsure how to resolve the rest. I received a tablet that practically does not work. To my dismay, I found photos from [redacted] on its memory belonging to someone else, indicating the device is not new (essentially recycled). I requested a refund, which was denied because my account is deemed unreliable. It is not my fault that I have often received subpar or damaged items. I seek a refund to close my account due to the poor quality of products I have received thus far. Receiving a pre-owned tablet with photos and videos, coupled with defects, is unacceptable. I have made several orders from this company. Some have arrived as expected, but most have not. I have been waiting for a product for over three months now, which they initially mentioned would be delayed and I agreed to wait. Despite sending them five messages with pictures, their responses indicate that I need to place more orders to meet their standards. I tried that, but the product is still missing, damaged, or not received at all. With no way to contact them by phone, I am frustrated and skeptical about making new orders with Wish. The service is disappointing, and I am left waiting for a product I have already paid for. Wish seems like nothing but trouble, causing headaches and leaving customers without the products they ordered. Beware, everyone!

I did not place an order last night and immediately canceled it after receiving an email stating my order confirmation. Despite multiple messages and emails, nothing has been done. I urgently need the money back in my account as it is currently overdrawn. I feel ignored and deceived as no one has addressed my concerns. I have experienced a recent loss and have a child to care for. I would never confirm an order I did not place using my debit card. The lack of response for over 24 hours has left me feeling like Wish does not care about its customers. I demand the order be canceled, the funds returned to my account so I can buy gas. I refuse to cover any overdraft fees and will escalate this issue to a supervisor or contact the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.

I already sent an email regarding a cancelled item that was wrongly marked as delivered on Oct 26, but actually arrived yesterday. The credit card company confirmed refunding the $24.20 owed for the item. They are now waiting for your response so they can process the payment. My account seems to be blocked suddenly, which I assume is related to this issue, although there have been no past problems. I am unsure about your account policies, as I cannot understand why an account would be blocked without a serious reason.
