I was mistakenly double-charged on my card for an order I placed yesterday. Despite paying extra for expedited shipping, I haven't received any information about the shipment and expect it by Monday. I need the duplicate charge refunded and compensation for the inconvenience. Additionally, my daughter accidentally placed an order without reviewing it. This situation has caused both of us distress. I've been trying to resolve this issue online for hours without success. To make matters worse, I mistakenly reordered today, bringing the total charges to three times the original amount of $62. I request a refund for one of the duplicate orders and an adjustment for the inconvenience caused. I hope to see the funds credited back to my account promptly. I have also shared my concerns on social media. Kindly address this issue as soon as possible.

I would like to address the fact that out of the 12 items I ordered, I only received 7. Two out of these 7 had issues. The Cat Hammock did not match the description on the website, and the last item received had no instructions. I did not intend to request a refund for the last item. Before flagging an account for abusive refunds, it would be beneficial if I could explain that I only requested refunds for the items not received and the defective Cat Hammock. Unfortunately, it is not possible to clarify this on the Wish website. I will attach a photo of the last item I received and I do not seek a refund for it, but I would like to know how to obtain the instructions. Thank you for reading and responding.

Hi, I intended to purchase a few print items totaling over £[redacted]. I applied a 50% discount listed on your site until the 19th of October. Additionally, I used a 5% discount, but it only deducted £9, not the expected amount. The code "HKTP" provided for the 5% discount seems to be unaccepted, even though it was described as an additional discount on top of the existing ones. Hello, my name is Kristie Buonfiglio. Two days ago, on October 17, [redacted], I placed an online order with Wish. After hitting the "done" button at the end of my order, I noticed that my email address was incorrect. Despite my attempts to contact them via calls, texts, and emails, I have not received any response. I checked my card and saw that the payment went through. I do not want my order to be delivered to the wrong email address. My correct email address is [redacted] I can be reached at [redacted]. I have been trying for what seems like forever to reinstate my account. My boyfriend disputed charges after letting me use his credit card. I have no other proof of recent shopping with you, but I now have my own payment method and am not connected to his accounts anymore. I would like to buy from your company. I have sent in photo ID and photos of prepaid credit cards and have not made any progress. I believe PayPal is more reliable. I am experiencing difficulties returning the package due to incorrect shipping information provided by the company. The app does not allow me to update the details. I have attempted to resolve this for two weeks. The company had initially promised to cover the return shipping costs, but the post office is requesting $[redacted] as the item weighs 50 pounds. I have been attempting to send this letter multiple times, but it keeps getting erased. I recently received five damaged and defective items. I have tried to contact the company within the thirty-day refund period. Repeating the same details is becoming frustrating. I am unsure how to upload pictures from my computer. Despite being told they will contact me, they never do. While it may be past the thirty-day mark, it is because I have informed Wish but am unable to proceed without a picture, which I am unable to provide. I purchased an item expecting it on Oct 12th, but the delivery date was changed to Oct 18th. After reaching out to the seller, they advised to wait until the 18th. I have not received the item and requested a refund, but the seller has been unresponsive. This lack of communication is disappointing. I have canceled my order for a refund, and now I am receiving messages about my order being shipped. If I receive any items without the refund in my bank account, I will share my experience. I did not authorize the payment and am frustrated by this situation. I will express my displeasure publicly if the issue is not resolved. I value my money and expect a refund promptly. Failure to do so may result in me not recommending or using this service in the future. It is important for me to have my money returned promptly as I have financial obligations to fulfill. My account got blocked due to a Wish computer error almost six weeks ago. Despite daily contact with them, I only receive the same response - that it's a system error. I have $[redacted] in Wish cash stuck in my account. I've been trying to resolve this, but without success. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with Wish, feeling like they are ignoring me. It's been nearly six weeks since my access to my $[redacted] Wish cash was blocked, and I'm forced to reorder through a different account to complete my project. I feel mistreated. Is this a reliable customer service line or just another Wish scam?

This is my third time sending a complaint. The second time I received a call back from a live person who was sarcastically rude. They told me the refund would be back on my card in 28 months. I am unsure about the type of company they are running. To receive the estimated time of arrival for my package, I was asked to pay a customs fee of 17.95, which they plan to deduct from my credit card. I do not appreciate being manipulated by any person who responds. This is disrespectful to me. I will be speaking with my lawyer today regarding this issue and any further sarcastic or threatening calls will not be tolerated. Wish needs to address customer complaints seriously or risk losing business. I will be taking my concerns public. Thank you, Angela.

I ordered two dollhouses from the same company on Wish - a camper and a church. The camper arrived, but the church did not. I tracked both items on the Wish website and it shows both were delivered on the same day, which is not true as I was home and never received the church. Interestingly, I noticed the tracking number is the same for both dollhouses. The camper box was the size of the camper, indicating a mix-up. I am disappointed about not receiving my church. I hope to either receive the church or get a refund. I have decided to halt my shopping on Wish until this matter is sorted out.

I have been in contact with Wish.com since July regarding a latex catsuit I ordered. They keep insisting it was delivered and refuse to refund me. But how can they confirm delivery when I never received it? I have reached out to them multiple times well before the order was even placed. I have thoroughly checked with my neighbors, contacted the post office, and I am the sole relative in the state. They are mistaken; what they confirmed as delivered was actually a pair of latex gloves sent as a gift, not my catsuit. I feel scammed out of $[redacted] and countless months arguing with their company. I just want a refund, whether in cash or store credit, as I've been requesting for a long time.

I've recently placed multiple orders with Wish, but unfortunately, many of the items I received were in the wrong size, possibly in Asian sizing that is too small for me. I had to request several refunds for these items, but I have kept the rest of my orders. I'm eager to receive this order as I also purchased a warming gel to use with it. Although I mentioned waiting for this particular item, I'm still awaiting its arrival. Hello, I have been using the Wish app for a long time. Recently, I contacted customer support and my account got flagged for excessive refunds. I am quite upset about this. I have only requested refunds for items that were damaged, incorrect, or never arrived. It's disheartening to be flagged for that. I have encountered several issues with Wish, such as misleading prices and high postage costs. Many of my family and friends also use Wish because of my recommendation, but I will inform them about this situation and refrain from using Wish until it gets resolved. I dispute the claim made that I have received excessive refunds. I have only requested refunds for items I was dissatisfied with, so please ensure your information is accurate. Regarding my recent order for 2 tops with Tracking #: JD[redacted][redacted], I initially expected delivery on the 25th of October, then saw it was updated to the 26th, which was acceptable. However, seeing that the delivery date is now showing as the 29th of October is concerning since I paid for expedited shipping. If this delay is how your company operates, this will likely be my final order with you. Your website promises to have customers' backs, but in this situation, it doesn't feel that way, especially when incorrect accusations about excessive refunds are made. My request is simple, please ensure accurate information is provided before making any accusations.

A few months ago, I purchased a pair of earrings. I have been trying to communicate via email with someone asking about the status of my order. Unfortunately, I did not receive the order despite reaching out numerous times. It's frustrating that there is no phone number provided for contact. Unlike previous orders, this specific pair of earrings has not arrived. I have made two more orders since then, but if this issue is not resolved, I will have to reconsider ordering again. I am writing regarding an engagement ring order I placed for my fiance in July. Unfortunately, we have yet to receive the ring, and I recently discovered that I am unable to receive a refund due to the expiration of the date. I purchased some handcuffs for my grandson for Halloween using my credit card. We used his email for tracking. However, on 10/18/18, he received a message stating "Unable to deliver item, problem with address USPS [redacted][redacted]68." I shop on Amazon frequently without address issues, so this was confusing. Then, on 10/21/18, he received a message saying "Delivered - Customer confirmed delivery," but we never got the item. I'd appreciate it if you could check where the item was actually delivered since it wasn't the correct address. Thank you.
