I am a new customer on wish.com, and during my first visit, I purchased 4 items as a guest without creating an account. Three items were sent to Island Beauty Supply in Long Beach, California, and I've only received one. The store employee mentioned they have a package from Wish with no name on it, which I believe is mine. I am seeking help from Wish to identify and retrieve my packages. I ordered an e-bike from Wish, but after it was shipped to a warehouse in Bremerton, WA, it was not delivered as expected. Wish claimed I received it, which I did not, and offered a refund which I declined. I have been waiting for them to resolve this issue since I was supposed to receive it on February 9th. I want my bike or compensation for the delay and inconvenience.

Issue Description: I purchased an item on Wish with shipment number UE*********YP. The item is supposed to be delivered to Rosy Rosy (Rosalba Molvetti) at Via Giovanni Canonico Scherillo No. 15C, ZIP code [redacted]** Naples (NA). Intercom number 12. According to the Wish website, the courier allegedly came on December 1, 20** and found no one. On December 2, 20**, I was at home the entire day, and no courier knocked on my Intercom number 12. I also left a note next to the intercom saying "Rosy Rosy Intercom number 12" for the courier. How can I receive this item? How do I contact a courier?
I have not yet specified what I would like Wish.com to do to resolve this issue.

I made a purchase through the Wish app, and the initial payment went through fine, but later, I received a notification about a payment issue requesting a photo ID submission. I am frustrated at the moment. I have been in contact with WISH but I am unsure if the responses I am receiving are automated or from a real person. I recently placed an order for the dress described below:
[redacted] O-Collar Music Note Print Sleeveless Summer Swing Vintage Dresses Elegant Party Patchwork Dress. The top is black and the bottom is white with musical notes.
However, I received a different dress that is not what I ordered. The dress I received has a black top and a black bottom with images of lipstick, rings, and birds.
I am facing the following issues:
- The order is not showing in the list.
- I did not receive the dress model I selected.
- I am unable to communicate my issue to the automated system.
I kindly request a refund of $18.80 for the dress I paid for but did not receive. Please provide me with instructions on how to return the incorrect dress at Wish's expense within 10 days. I purchased a 5G Unlocked Cell Phone, MT6582 Quad Core CPU S22 Ultra Cell Phone for Daily Use from zz001store on Wish.com for $92.87, but received a 3G phone that cannot be activated. I started the return process over a week ago but have not yet received the return label. I am frustrated that they want me to cover the return shipping costs for their mistake. Each time I reach out to them, I encounter the same unhelpful responses. Their link for the return label just leads me to the customer service chatbot with no label provided. Phone calls go unanswered, directing me back to the bot. Unless I receive the return label promptly, I intend to report this issue to the Better Business Bureau.

I recently moved in February. When I tried to order something online, they wouldn't let me change my street number and address. I attempted to contact them, but received no response. The package ended up being delivered to my old address with the new city and zip code, resulting in me not receiving it. Fortunately, PayPal refunded me for the undelivered package. This has been the third time I've moved since [redacted], and I have never encountered this issue before. Good morning, I ordered two Dupont lighters from Wish - one black and gold with Chinese lacquer and the other completely gold. The black and gold lighter arrived wrapped in a small pouch, enclosed in sturdy paper, then placed in another bag and finally secured in the aforementioned pouch. Upon inspection, I noticed that part of the packaging was torn, but I didn't think much of it. While there may have been two lighters in the package, I only received one. I paid for both Dupont lighters and would like to receive my second one. If a product goes missing or is stolen, it is not my fault as I did not pack it myself. Please assist me. I purchased 2 LED Glasses, but received the same item twice. Customer service asked for my bank transaction ID, which I provided, but they have been unhelpful. The orders I placed are no longer visible on my account. Although I paid for 2 more items that haven't been shipped. I want to track my orders through my bank transaction details and receive an apology. I am willing to provide transaction proof if needed.
