I received the wrong item from the seller, supposedly due to the original item being sold out. Now, they are asking me to return it for a refund, but they refuse to cover the shipping costs. The seller, patata, advertises WLtoys quality products but intentionally sends incorrect items. I bought 2 WLtoys A959 1:18 RC Car 4WD 2.4GHz Off Road RC Trucks 70KM/H High-Speed Vehicle RC Racing Cars and got low-quality children's toys instead. The item I received lacks the features I paid for and is not what I ordered. The seller won't refund me unless I return the item, which I'm willing to do if they provide a shipping label. I believe it's unfair for them to ask me to pay return shipping since they knowingly sent the wrong product. I am frustrated with the seller, patata, who is avoiding giving me a proper resolution. I am considering reporting this to consumer affairs.

I have been in contact with Wish customer support for a week now. On June 30, [redacted], I placed two orders. One order had six jewelry items that were supposed to come together, but I only received two jewelry items from my mailbox. The second order was scheduled to be delivered by July 12, [redacted], and it was an electric water gun, which I did not receive. In total, I ordered seven items across two orders, but I only received two items from one order. I am missing four jewelry items and the electric water gun. I simply want a refund for the items I paid for but never received. Please assist me in getting a refund.

I placed an order in July [redacted], but unfortunately, it was canceled, and I have not received a refund yet. Despite my attempts to contact customer service, I was unable to do so due to circumstances beyond my control. I find myself in financial distress and facing numerous challenges. Suffering a car accident on August 24, [redacted], resulted in a broken right arm that necessitated surgery for it to function properly again. Since the accident, my quality of life has diminished, and I am currently unable to work. I kindly request a refund for the canceled order to alleviate some of my financial burdens. I placed an order for Tarot and Oracle cards on 11/06/23 to be delivered to Rua da Fonte n°8, [redacted]-[redacted] Almeirim, Portugal, for Diogo Andrade. Initially, I provided the email [redacted] but would like all future correspondence to go to [redacted] I'm concerned about the status of my order and need assistance. I am unable to access my Wish account because I forgot my password. I have copies of the order details and payment made using a credit card as proof of purchase. On June 12th, I placed an order for Tarot and Oracle cards. I received an email from a debt collection agency stating that I did not pay for the ordered items. I want to clarify that I have not yet received the following items: a chain with a cross and an interior filter. Since I have not received these items, I will not be paying for them. In April, I only received one pair of work shoes, which I paid for, and not two pairs as claimed by the recovery company Coeo Inkasso. I want to confirm that I have received and paid for what I ordered from you. I have sent a possible solution to this matter in a separate email. Thank you.

I am inquiring about the location of my order. The tracking information states: "Parcel ready to be picked up. Your package is waiting for you at the pick-up point." However, I did not request delivery to a relay point but specifically to my address. Due to using a reshipment service, it is inconvenient for me to collect the package at a relay point under my name. I urgently need to know the exact address of the pick-up point. One item was successfully delivered to my address, while the others are supposed to be collected at a relay point, which is causing confusion. This situation is a first-time occurrence for me as I have not encountered any issues with deliveries in the past.

I placed an order yesterday, but I am disappointed with the items I received. The fabric of the bra is too flimsy and won't provide enough support for my breasts. Instead of the black turban I ordered, I received a different color. I also ordered a leopard turban, but I was sent a multi-colored one. The panties I received are not the high-cut style shown in the picture. Additionally, the mini massager I ordered is missing from my order. Some of the item prices have increased from when I originally placed my order, which is frustrating.

I purchased a Seiko South Wind watch from you, but it stopped working, so I took it to my jeweler for repair. Today, on 9/7/23, he informed me that it is not a self-wind watch as advertised, but rather runs on a battery. The watch face states "South Wind," which seems misleading for a Seiko Fall Creek watch. I am having issues with Klarna because they have supposedly paid the seller, and now they are asking me for the money. Why should I pay when I have not received all the items I ordered? I have tried to contact you several times, but I have not received any response yet. I encountered an issue while trying to place an order using my $34 Wish Cash. The system requested a picture of my ID to verify my identity, which I submitted over ten times without success. After multiple emails, I was informed that my account had been blocked by the system, preventing me from using my Wish Cash. I am frustrated by this experience and have no intention of making future purchases with them.

I'm having trouble accessing my email linked to my Wish account. I contacted customer service to delete my account, but they keep sending me instructions to verify my account through email, which I can't access. I've explained this for days now, but they continue to send the same instructions through the Wish app messaging and make jokes about it. The email I'm using now is my new email, not the one associated with my account.

Hello, I have been struggling to make purchases on my Wish account. About four months ago, there was a payment issue, and I was asked to send an ID photo. However, the problem persists, and despite my attempts to contact them via email or the app, I have not received a resolution. Currently, I am unable to make purchases using PayPal or a debit card. I made a purchase during the Black Friday sale at Shein. My account was charged on Friday, and on Monday, I received a tracking number from Wish courier service. I reached out via email due to concerns, and they informed me of delivery issues. However, when I tried to track the package using the provided number, it seems to be incorrect. I am unsure of the status of my order and would like to know the whereabouts of my package and the resolution for the deducted amount.
