I recently ordered wine for my son, Brett, and his wife, Lynda. Initially, there was an error with the address, but I contacted customer service and they assured me it was corrected. The order should be from Jean Gross to Brett and Lynda Gross at [redacted] River Vista Court, Baxter, MN [redacted]. Despite the assurance that it would arrive by 12/19, it has not been delivered yet. Two charges were made on my debit card, one for $96.60 and another for $0.47. Unfortunately, I cannot provide the account number, but my address is [redacted] 500th Ave., Jackson, MN. I would appreciate it if you could investigate why there has been a delay in the delivery of this order.

Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing regarding Order Number: [redacted]0, which was placed for a client and friend. Unfortunately, the order was never received. I have contacted your support twice, encountering issues like disconnection and lack of follow-up. During one call with Amara, I expressed skepticism that my longtime acquaintance would deny receiving the $[redacted] wine package due to our longstanding relationship and her lack of need to steal. Amara's response regarding class and theft was unhelpful. I requested to speak with a manager, but after being placed on hold, no manager came on the line. If this matter is not resolved by Friday (today being Tuesday), I will have to consider not using your services in the future.

I recently ordered 8 bottles of Giesen New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc on sale for $8.99 each, but my invoice reflects the original price of $11.99 per bottle. The delivery is scheduled for June 10th to Sara W. in Upper Saddle River, NJ. I kindly request this error be corrected promptly as no one is available to answer calls at the moment. Thank you.
