I purchased a wine refrigerator from Wine Enthusiast Company in November [redacted]. Unfortunately, in April [redacted], the front door glass broke when a wine bottle lightly hit it as I was moving things around on top of the fridge. I paid over $[redacted] for a replacement door, including shipping and installation. Despite receiving an email in June [redacted] that the replacement had shipped, I was later informed it had broken, and I have not received a new one since. Communication about delays stopped, and while I have been in touch with customer service rep Kenneth Mooney, he was unable to assist me or provide me with the contact information for a supervisor. I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of resolution and poor customer service. I've included several order numbers - #[redacted], #[redacted], #[redacted].
