Wilson Sporting Goods Customer Service Issues

The zipper pulls on my Wilson umpire bag have broken off, making this my second bag with the same issue. The tabs attached to the zippers are fragile and poorly made. I currently have makeshift solutions like paper clips and zip ties to use the bag. I believe Wilson should improve this design to match their competitors' higher quality products. Many other umpires in my chapter are facing the same problem. I attempted to contact Wilson through email, but their website requires a SKU number from the purchase, which I don't have since this was a gift. Despite leaving two messages, I have not received a call back from Wilson Customer Service.

I placed an order for 2 personalized bats on 11/8/[redacted]. Order #SLGUSEN[redacted], Case# [redacted]6. I tried to contact Louisville Slugger customer service multiple times, but couldn't get through and was directed to email my request. I followed up via email in December, January, and February. The most recent email on 2/6/22 provided an estimated lead time of 9-13 weeks for production and shipment. Considering the timeline, 2/8/22 would mark 13 weeks. I replied on 2/6/22 acknowledging the email but have not received a response yet. While I understand it's not a large order, it was meant as a Christmas gift for our grandsons. We would have made alternative plans if we were aware of the lead times. We are still awaiting the bats eagerly. I bought a Wilson Solution Basketball England ball for my son ahead of his 15th birthday, hoping it would be a special gift like the Spalding Official Game ball I cherished from my teenage years. My son, who plays at a high level for his age group and was set to represent the NE before Covid, has only used it indoors. Unfortunately, the ball no longer holds air despite not being punctured or misused. I'm disappointed that the Wilson ball, once top of the line, hasn't lived up to expectations. I'd appreciate it if you could consider replacing it as I expected better quality from a brand like Wilson.
