On October 8th, I reached out to Westinghouse regarding a faulty remote for a new TV. After providing screenshots and my receipt, an email on October 17th asked for my address to send a replacement remote. When I replied with my address on October 19th, I have yet to receive the new remote. Today, I contacted the Warranty department, but they informed me they need 24 more hours to locate the model number. Despite speaking with supervisor Jessie #[redacted], I have only received apologies and explanations for the delay without a tracking number or delivery date. I find this lack of customer service unacceptable, and I have lost faith in Westinghouse. My case number is [redacted], and I am eager for a response with concrete information on when my issue will be resolved. I am not interested in more apologies or company policies, just a solution to my problem.

Inside the package, there was a card stating that I qualify for a BONUS item for leaving a review. However, when we tried to claim the generator cover, it was out of stock. Disappointed that we couldn't get the promised item, as it would have been useful in protecting the machine.
If you run such promotions, please fulfill them or clearly state the expiration date on the promotional materials. Having unhappy customers is not ideal. Thank you for your attention.

I recently replaced the ice dispenser due to a crack at the bottom causing water to leak into the chute. The water buildup led to ice formation that damaged the drive shaft mechanism. I suspect the drive shaft connected to the main cog in the auger motor housing was affected. The excess water froze, jamming the drive shaft with ice and wearing down the teeth of both the main cog and the base of the drive shaft. I'm struggling to find the specific part online. I bought your 24-inch flatscreen TV for $[redacted].99 from HSN, delivered by UPS. The TV I received is smaller than what was shown on HSN. I would like to return it, but I am disappointed to learn that I have to pay for shipping to send it back to you for a refund. It was not made clear that HSN sells your product on behalf of you, the manufacturer, without a free return label. This seems unfair, especially as a disabled person who relies on home delivery for purchased items. I am not willing to spend over $20 for ground shipping at the post office for a TV that costs $[redacted].99. I am interested in buying a larger screen TV, but I am deterred by your current return policy only offering free return labels for defective or damaged products. I will share my experience with other consumers to ensure they are aware. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide me with a postage-free return label, considering my disability and inability to drive to the post office, particularly as I live alone with scoliosis.

I purchased 3 outdoor lights for my home, but after just 7 months, I noticed that the screws on top are rusting. Despite being intended for entranceways or porches, I have them installed in semi-sheltered areas as instructed. The lights themselves are fine, it's just the screws. I purchased the WGen7500DF based on a recommendation from Westinghouse support. However, it does not power my APC UPS due to not providing a clean power signal. It seems that I actually need the iGEN4500DF. I am looking for help in returning my new WGEN7500DF, which was only started up on October 26 and has had only 30 hours of runtime, to get credit applied toward an iGEN4500DF. I have been trying to contact Westinghouse for three days now, but no one has called me back. With PG&E frequently shutting off power and my wife relying on critical medical equipment that needs power, I am in urgent need of a resolution. Please assist me.

Hello, my name is Anna. I've had this TV for a long time, and I prefer not to replace it since it's still functional. Despite attempting a factory reset, I'm unable to reset it due to not remembering the passcode. This has led us to watch specific channels in the bedroom instead of our living room Westinghouse TV. Hello, I'm Rafael Valenzuela from Taguig. Recently, we purchased a Westinghouse Turbo Swirl 30" ceiling fan and had it installed by our village maintenance electrician. Unfortunately, while the light works, the fan blades are not turning, and there is no vibration or movement from the fan motor. I purchased a Westinghouse cool mist humidifier from Walmart in Sarnia, Ontario. After using it for an hour, I noticed the tank was empty, and my floor was wet. Every time I tried it, water leaked from the bottom of the unit, causing a mess. Walmart refused to refund my money when I tried to return it. I am disappointed and unsure how to proceed.

My Westinghouse furnace from Nortek Global HVAC has been malfunctioning since it was replaced in October [redacted]. It has required multiple service calls each heating season, and from October [redacted] to May [redacted], it needed eight services to maintain heat. Despite replacing parts and following Nortek's technical support recommendations, the issue persists. The distributor referred me to different HVAC companies for help, with little success.
The original HVAC installer mentioned a solution from a Nortek engineer to fix the furnace, but details are lacking. I am seeking a permanent resolution by the end of this month based on the engineer's instructions. Reimbursement for service calls from last October to May is also requested. If the problem is not resolved satisfactorily, I am open to a replacement or a pro-rated refund based on the furnace's lifespan.

I purchased a [redacted] generator for my food truck. Unfortunately, the switch malfunctioned after the third use. It took a week to receive a replacement, during which I had to rent a generator. I purchased a 32-inch tower fan with a remote control (model #WSFTE3214) made in China. Unfortunately, after assembling it correctly, I noticed several issues. The fan wobbles excessively, does not reach its highest setting, and fails to oscillate. The phone numbers provided did not lead to the correct customer support channels, resulting in further frustration.
As a customer with a background in customer service for over 20 years, I expected a more efficient and customer-oriented approach to resolving my issue. I urge you to reconsider your customer service processes and provide a brand-new unit promptly to rectify this situation.

I received my refurbished Westinghouse [redacted] DF generator from the Westinghouse store on Ebay. Upon inspection, I discovered a gas leak at the base of the carburetor bowl. After disassembling the carburetor, I found that the gas shut-off valve had a faulty o-ring that was causing the leak. I kindly request a replacement o-ring to resolve this issue and prevent further gas leakage. Thank you.
