Hello, I recently received the WD 4 TB Book External Hard Drive without any LEADS included in the box. I promptly sent pictures of the delivery within 15-25 minutes. Looking forward to your assistance. Thank you. Mr. J Lyall

I have two MyCloud EX2 devices, one is the new ULTRA unit, and the other is the original unit I bought years ago. I aim to repurpose the old unit for in-house storage, but I'm encountering a software-related issue. Although I can log in, I can't access the data. The home page shows 2.91 GB available and the system is healthy. However, I'm unable to use the APPs. While the HTTP app opens, I can't interact with it. The "Web File viewer" is the app I want to use, but it shows as unresponsive. I'd appreciate any guidance to turn this unit into a storage device. When accessing the unit via my network's IP, it leads to the home page, but only the HTTP app responds from the APPs dropdown. Selecting "Web File viewer" yields no result. I am not looking to restore it to its original state, just to use it as storage. The firmware version displayed is 2.12.44. Is there a way to obtain and reinstall this firmware or seek a solution for usability? Thank you for your help. - C Merkel

I purchased a NAS several weeks ago. Unfortunately, I am facing issues with the server and have requested assistance from your support team. After weeks of waiting, phone calls, and missed deadlines, I decided to seek help elsewhere. The support team informed me that I cannot switch services and my case has not been addressed properly as each follow-up restarts at the beginning of the queue. I recently purchased a WD hard drive with the serial number S/N WXQ1E998YRDL. After checking the warranty on your website, I found that it is still covered. Western Digital informed me that I could return the defective product and receive a replacement. I am having difficulty finding clear instructions on the WD warranty website for the return process.
