I purchased hearing aids in October [redacted] with a one-year interest-free payment plan. I've been making regular monthly payments through automatic bank withdrawals. However, I faced severe health issues in October [redacted] and was hospitalized for most of the month. I was unable to manage my bills as I was on high doses of steroids and life support. Due to my health condition, I missed notifications about an overdue account and couldn't deal with it at the time. My daughter was unavailable to help, living in Japan. I am currently very ill and have had to stop working. I have been in and out of the hospital, undergoing kidney dialysis multiple times a week. Despite these challenges, I am hopeful for a full recovery. I appreciate your understanding and support during this difficult time.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to address a recent issue concerning my Wells Fargo Credit Card account. On November 21, [redacted], I received an alert regarding a change in my credit score due to a missed $24.27 payment. This missed payment on 11/12/[redacted] was my first ever with Wells Fargo in over 13 years of being a loyal customer. Unfortunately, I missed the payment because I was unable to access my account online as I had forgotten my password and couldn't find my credit card for a password reset. Realizing the impact of this oversight on my credit score, which dropped over [redacted] points, I promptly settled the balance as soon as I regained access to my account. Given my otherwise impeccable payment history, I humbly request a goodwill adjustment to remove the late payment/delinquent account from 11/21/18 to improve my credit standing. I deeply regret this lapse in judgment and have taken steps to prevent such incidents in the future. As my wife and I strive to purchase our first home, I sincerely hope for your understanding and approval of this request. Thank you for your time and consideration. Best regards, R.N.
