Wells Fargo Advisors Customer Service Issues

I received a letter about the CPI Reimbursement Program. I waited [redacted] days and then tried contacting Wells Fargo via email. Despite numerous failed attempts, I was informed that a check for $5,[redacted].77 was sent out on January 31, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I never received this check. I also attempted to reach out to Tammy Johnson, SVP of the CPI Payment Program, but no one seems to know her. Waiting another [redacted] days for a reissued check is not an option for me. I would like the funds deposited directly into my Wells Fargo account, and the previous check to be stopped. On April 13, [redacted], I received a virus alert on my computer, prompting me to contact Wells Fargo (WF) following Microsoft's instructions. A person claiming to be from WF's fraud department in Seattle informed me of a suspicious purchase to adult and gambling websites, instructing me to withdraw funds to prevent hackers from accessing it. He convinced me to transfer the money to Bitcoin for safekeeping, mentioning the involvement of the US Marshalls Office. Over six weeks, I complied, expecting reimbursement by May 25, [redacted], but the promised refund never materialized. The impostor ceased communication on May 24, [redacted]. I reported the incident to my local WF branch, the police, and the FTC as advised by WF's customer service number. I believe WF should take responsibility as the scammer claimed affiliation with them. I am seeking reimbursement for my losses and have all the necessary documentation to support my claim.
