I have been dealing with an issue regarding an erroneous account with WGL for over 2 months now. When I informed them that I had taken back my rental property, a trainee mistakenly created new accounts and mixed up billing information among me, my neighbor, and another couple. Despite multiple contacts with WGL, including discussions with supervisors, the issue persists with bills being incorrectly sent to the wrong addresses. I have overpaid due to these errors and have diligently communicated my concerns. Despite their assurances, the problem remains unresolved, and I now seek escalation to a higher authority within the billing or legal department to address this ongoing confusion promptly.

On December 13, [redacted], I made a payment for my gas bill over the phone and received the usual confirmation number. However, on December 24, [redacted], I was surprised to receive a letter late in the day stating that no payment was received, along with a $25 late charge. This issue has caused me distress during the holiday season as I tried to contact customer service but couldn't reach anyone. This isn't the first time this has happened; in March, I paid my bill twice due to a similar error and wasn't refunded despite my bank confirming the payment went through. It's disappointing to see the decline in service quality, especially after being a loyal customer for over 48 years. The lack of communication and the full mailbox preventing contact with Carly only add to the frustration. This experience has left me disillusioned, and I hope these issues can be addressed promptly.

I have reached out multiple times for details about my current home service. I am looking into getting a standby generator installed and need to know the current water pressure supplying my home. I have a gas HVAC system, gas water heater, gas dryer, gas range, and gas grill. Please clarify the requirements as different contractors have given me conflicting information. Thank you.
