I downloaded 11 free game add-ons for World of Warships Legends from the Xbox app store. Several of them mistakenly ended up on an old account that I passed down to my son. Now, every time I try to re-download the add-ons, it says I already own them. I contacted Wargaming.net, but they mentioned they couldn't help due to fairness rules. I wish someone could transfer what was received on my old account to my current one since both accounts belong to me. The items on the old account were meant for the current one initially, and I respect Wargaming's policy on merging accounts, but in this situation, the items are rightfully mine.

I am participating in the World of Warships Legends New Year Mission for destroyers, cruisers, and battleships. I have primarily been using cruisers and have achieved over [redacted],[redacted] damage in some games. However, the mission progress for cruisers shows only 69,[redacted] out of [redacted],[redacted] damage done. It seems like my damage is not being properly counted, which is hindering my ability to earn winter coins for the Minotaur. Interestingly, when I play battleships, my progress shows 0 damage out of [redacted],[redacted]. I am unsure if I am missing a step or if there is a glitch that needs to be addressed to rectify this issue.

I am experiencing an issue with the World of Tanks game. In my contract for the Chisel tank, it states that I need to complete [redacted] kills with medium or heavy tanks. Unfortunately, yesterday, 21 kills were not counted towards my Chisel contract progress. Having played the game for almost 7 years and investing real money into it, this discrepancy is disappointing and frustrating. I kindly request your assistance in looking into this matter as I do not feel comfortable continuing to play when my points and kills are not being accurately recorded.

I am experiencing connectivity problems with World of Tanks. The game consistently has irregular ping drops, causing frustrating lags that make it unplayable. Despite reaching out to support and consulting my internet provider, I have tried numerous fixes without success. Interestingly, I do not encounter these issues when playing World of Warships. I am at a loss for how to resolve this ongoing problem.

I experienced a suspension on Saturday due to suspicious behavior while playing a game. However, I was logged off and unaware of any wrongdoing. Messages with links were spammed to players while I was offline, which can be verified. Others received these messages a week prior to my suspension. Despite reaching out to Wargaming EU for an appeal, I have not received a response. Recently, a friend without two-step verification had their account hacked. Fortunately, I had this extra security measure in place. I am innocent and merely seek the restoration of my account to continue playing.

I was recently employed without being given any consent form or information regarding the required financial contribution. Now, I am being denied my legal right to a refund of the funds I have paid along with the commissions. The customer service team has blocked my chat access and is not allowing me to request a consent form or learn about the complaint process. They are asking for an additional 20% before returning my funds. This position is freelance, so tax implications fall on me. Despite this, I am being refused a refund and believe that your business has violated several laws regulated by the Australian Government and the ACCC. I am requesting a full refund within 24 hours.

I am having trouble locating the email linked to my main World of Tanks account, which holds 7 Tier X tanks, 17 premium tanks, and over £[redacted] spent on gold and tanks. While I have the username and payment history from PayPal, I've checked multiple emails for account recovery without success. I tried reaching out through a different account ticket but received no response.

I am trying to regain access to my account, but the online support system is not addressing my particular problem. Despite submitting several tickets, I have not received any response. This account is important to me as it holds personal connections to my online friends, and I have invested both time and money into it. The lack of a direct customer support option is frustrating.
