After booking, I was informed I could save 10% if I signed up with Wanderu, feeling like it was a bait-and-switch tactic. I insist on being charged the original $[redacted] price and am willing to sign up for future offers. Please adjust the price promptly and send me a confirmation email at the agreed rate. I used my Visa card to buy round trip tickets for two people from Dewey Beach DE to Dupont Circle DC for travel on August 5 with the return on August 7. The total cost was $[redacted].84. After the first part of the purchase went through (with an email receipt), I was informed that the second part was experiencing a delay. Yesterday, on August 11, [redacted], I attempted to purchase a ticket from Port St. Lucie, Florida to New York City, NY, but encountered an error stating that the company was unable to process the transaction. I followed the suggestion to use a different card, but faced the same issue. Consequently, I abandoned my travel plans for that day.
This morning, while trying to book a ticket for Friday, August 12, [redacted], I encountered the same processing problem as yesterday. Hello, to anyone at Wanderu who reads this. I recently purchased a ticket from Providence Station to Orono, Maine for yesterday. The University of Rhode Island shuttle that was supposed to take me to Providence Station had issues and was not able to pick me up. Even after rebooking for today, the shuttle informed me they couldn't transport me again. I frequently use Wanderu for my trips between Maine and Rhode Island, and I am a loyal customer. I am currently looking to book another ticket for Thursday but have already spent $[redacted] on unused tickets. I am kindly requesting a refund for at least one ticket as $[redacted] is a significant amount for me. I assure you that I will continue to use Wanderu for my future trips and would greatly appreciate the refund at this time. Hello, my name is Ene Ogbe, and my ticket number is HLCH***. I recently booked a return ticket through Wanderu for a trip from Ottawa to Pembroke and then Pembroke back to Ottawa for the **th of February, ****, using the Ontario Northland bus. However, I was incorrectly billed for a one-way ticket for today, the **th of February ****, for Pembroke to Ottawa. As a result, I was double billed for the same route on the same day.
I would appreciate it if Wanderu could address this ticketing issue promptly. I am requesting that my ticket from Ottawa to Pembroke be issued for a new travel date and that the Pembroke to Ottawa ticket be changed to match the new date. I have already been charged for both tickets and am hopeful for a resolution soon.

I made a booking with your company on Wednesday. I received a confirmation email stating that my reservation was for today, 17th February [redacted]. However, upon arriving at the bureau station, I was informed that my ticket had been canceled without any prior notification. The refund for the booking has not been received either. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed by your company. I am feeling very let down and beginning to doubt the legitimacy of your business. I reserved a ticket for a trip from Dallas, Texas, to Monroe, Louisiana on July 1, [redacted], with booking number [redacted]. At the Tornado bus counter in Dallas, I received a printed ticket. During the journey, the driver informed me that my stop was not on the list and did not allow me to exit. I was dropped off at the following stop, which was 2 hours away from my destination, at 2 a.m. without any means of returning home. I have multiple bus ticket charges that I have been struggling to resolve. Wanderu billed me twice on 05/10, totaling $83.53 each time. The only journey I took was a one-way trip to Plattsburgh, NY on 05/19, for which I paid $25.78. Additionally, Trailways charged me $76.86 on 05/16 for a trip I had to cancel due to family issues within a day. I would appreciate it if you could look into these charges. I am concerned about my ticket purchases through Wanderu. I bought 2 tickets for Via Rail 31 from Montreal to Toronto and 6 tickets for Via Rail 62 for the return trip.
I have contacted VIA Rail to request a refund for the extra 4 tickets from Via Rail 62 that I did not need, using the following confirmation codes: EYZ926 & EYZ978. VIA Rail mentioned they can only confirm based on the given codes, not the number of purchases made through a third party.
Is there a way for you to verify the total tickets I have under my name to ensure there are no extra tickets for Via Rail 31? My name is Fiona J., and my email is [redacted] Please assist me promptly in resolving this issue as I cannot afford to lose money on unneeded tickets.

Instead, the drop-off point was at the Cold Shot terminal on 44 Ave NE at 3:30 am, which is not near the 24-hour Flying J and Denny's where I planned to await my 8 am ride to Lethbridge. The intended drop-off location at [redacted] 40 Street SE would have been convenient as it aligns with the route to Lethbridge, ensuring a shorter wait time at the designated rest stops.
Unfortunately, being left outside at 4 am in a different location is not what I had booked and confirmed. I am seeking clarification on this unexpected change and a full refund for the inconvenience.

However, I was actually dropped off at the Cold Shot terminal on 44 Ave NE at 3:30 am, which is in a completely different part of town and not where the 24-hour Flying J and Denny's restaurant are located. I had planned to wait inside for my 8 am ride to Lethbridge, buy food, and charge my smart phone.
[redacted] 40 Street SE is conveniently on the way to Lethbridge, so it would not have inconvenienced the driver to pick me up there. Instead, I found myself sitting outside at 4 am, far from my intended destination, with no open establishments nearby.
This situation is not what I reserved and confirmed with Wanderu numerous times. I am seeking an explanation and a full refund for this error.

I recently booked a ticket from Kingston, NY to Albany, NY for Sept 23, but the ticket is showing today's date, Sept 19. My confirmation number is [redacted]. I made a payment using my iPhone for two directions. The first one was from Mackinaw City to Milwaukee City. I received confirmation numbers but no tickets. After clicking "complete booking" on the email, I rebooked, and still only have confirmation numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. For the other direction from Milwaukee to Chicago, I did get tickets. Can you please provide the ticket information for the first direction and refund the additional payment made?

I had a terrible experience with this site. They lack a customer service number, which is unacceptable. It's upsetting that a company can take advantage of people's hard-earned money and deny any responsibility. Their business practices are deceitful, and it's unfair to consumers. It's disappointing that they operate this way and manage to continue doing so. They should not be allowed to operate in this manner.

I require immediate assistance. Yesterday afternoon, I visited Wanderu to book a bus ticket for my son for today. Upon encountering an error after processing my payment, I closed the tab and booked directly on Our Bus' website. They provided a payment confirmation page and emailed me. Today, I discovered emails from both Wanderu and Our Bus, realizing I had been charged twice. The bus ticket for $82 was used, not the $85 one. Kindly refund the excess charge. I contacted them this morning, but the representative was unhelpful.

I encountered an issue while buying a ticket on your website. After entering my card details, I received an error message stating, "Something isn’t right, failed to fetch," and was prompted to return to payment. Despite my attempts, the same error message persisted. Subsequently, I decided to postpone the purchase, only to later receive two confirmation emails for two separate tickets inadvertently bought. I booked my ticket for Christmas on December 22, [redacted]. I have previously traveled with my service dog during Thanksgiving without any issues. However, when I tried to board with her on this recent trip, the driver refused to allow her on board.
