Hello, my name is Erica J. Recently, I lost my debit card and seem to have mixed up my tax and stimulus information. I don't have my card number, only my social security number and birthday. However, when I input this information, it says it's incorrect. I am prepared to provide any necessary information to confirm my ownership of the account. I am willing to send my ID and social security card. It's worth noting that it was not me, but my son who set up the account with the Walmart money card.

I recently discovered a Walmart money card in my late mother's safety deposit box. The card shows a $[redacted] balance, but unfortunately, it expired in [redacted]. I tried calling the number on the back of the card, but couldn't get through to a representative. Even when I entered the card number, the automated system said it wasn't a valid account. The documentation included with the card mentions that the balance would be returned to the owner unless legally restricted. How can I check the remaining balance on the expired card since it has been so long?
Thanks,
Samantha H.

I discovered unauthorized charges on my card and contacted customer service. Unfortunately, my card was deactivated along with access to my account. I have been struggling to reach customer service to resolve this issue and get a replacement card. This situation has left me without access to my funds for a week. Any advice on how to escalate this matter and regain access to my money market account would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my Walmart MoneyCard app because I am unable to receive the second-step verification code. I no longer have access to the email address ([redacted]) or phone number ([redacted]) linked to the account. Despite knowing all my personal and login information, including the password, I have spent over 5 hours on the customer service line without any resolution. I am locked out of my account and cannot access my funds. Please reach out to me at my email for assistance. If I am unable to access my account, I will have to discontinue using Green Dot.

Earlier this year, my account information was stolen, leading to a replacement card being sent to me. However, due to concerns about my account number and routing number being compromised, I refrained from using the new card. Unfortunately, my recent stimulus check did not reflect in the account, where the previous one was deposited. Despite requesting another card, my account is now blocked when I try to access it through the app on my phone.
Tonight, I made eight attempts to call customer service, waiting on hold for varying lengths of time before either experiencing disconnection or dead air. Frustrated, I am reaching out via email to urgently resolve this situation. As a mother on unpaid maternity leave, the stimulus money is crucial for my financial stability with two children to care for.
I kindly request that my account be unblocked promptly, grant me app access, and provide an update on the card shipment. Please contact me via email or phone.
Thank you,
M. Palinsky

I purchased a Walmart money card in July to receive my stimulus check but received it another way. Now, my second stimulus check was sent to that account. I've been trying to call for days but keep getting put on hold for hours. This is frustrating. I need help getting a new card and accessing my $[redacted] stimulus check. Please reach out to me. The IRS portal says my check is scheduled to be deposited into my Walmart money card account ending in [redacted]. My name is M.T. Rouse, and my address is [redacted] Ballards Cross Rd, Greenville, NC, zip code [redacted]. Please assist me as soon as possible. Thank you.

I have had a Walmart Money Card for a year now since I purchased it in January [redacted]. I received my last year's tax return, the first stimulus, and now this stimulus deposited to this card. However, they are now telling me that I need a personalized card to access the funds on my existing card. I requested a personalized card last year right after buying the initial card at Walmart, but it never arrived. Recently, I received a card in the mail, and I was informed it's the "wrong" card requested in December 21, [redacted], which I didn't request. The "real" card connected to my account has not been sent yet, despite being charged $15 for expedited shipping, and I won't receive the card with my stimulus until the 15th. I just want to withdraw my money and never deal with them again. Their customer service is terrible, and I'm extremely frustrated. I have shared my experience on social media, and I hope others don't fall into the Walmart Money Card trap like I did.

I received my second stimulus check on my Walmart MoneyCard on January 4, [redacted], associated with account number ending in [redacted]. Unfortunately, I no longer have that card and do not have the information required to log in online, nor do I have access to the associated email or phone number. The IRS cannot update the bank information, so I need to cancel the old card with the aforementioned account number. My $[redacted] stimulus check is currently on that card. Here is my new contact information:
Dale W.
[redacted] Number Four Dr,
Mascot, TN [redacted]
Phone: [redacted]
Email: [redacted]
I have tried contacting Walmart MoneyCard customer service but cannot get through because I supposedly have multiple accounts with them, and I cannot provide the last four digits of the old card number to speak with a representative. Any assistance would be appreciated.

My Walmart MoneyCard is blocked, and I am unable to access my account through the app or use the funds on the card for purchases. Last December, my wife made an online purchase that did not go through correctly, resulting in multiple duplicate charges. Despite reaching out to customer service to have the pending charges removed, the representative blocked the card and promised to send a replacement, which I never received. Now, almost a month later, the card is still blocked, although the pending charges have been released on the website. I have made numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact customer service via phone and chat support, but have been unable to resolve the issue. It is frustrating not being able to access my funds when needed.

I am unable to access my funds as my card is lost. Without the card, I can't provide the necessary information to speak with a customer service representative, making it challenging to place a hold on my account or request a new card. Other customer service experiences haven't been this difficult. Typically, if you enter incorrect information, most places connect you to a live agent automatically. Walmart's customer service system could use an overhaul to allow direct communication with someone. It can be frustrating having to submit a query and wait for a response, hoping for a same-day resolution.

I am an employee at a [redacted](c)(3) non-profit organization, Pregnancy Choice, also known as Akron Pregnancy Services with EIN 34-[redacted]. We received two Walmart Money Cards as donations from anonymous donors. However, I am facing difficulties in accessing the funds as Walmart is requesting my personal SSN and birthdate, which I cannot provide as these cards belong to our organization and are not personal to me. The only identification we have is our EIN, issued to us by the IRS. I can be reached at [redacted] to resolve this matter and convert the Walmart cards into usable funds. Thank you, Conrad Baker.

I reached out to Walmart MoneyCard's customer support via Facebook Messenger on January 13, [redacted], seeking assistance in transferring my direct deposit funds from one card to another. Following the instructions given, $[redacted].00 was sent to an unfamiliar email address and received back through the same email address, which raised concerns. After attempting to rectify the situation by sending $[redacted].00 to myself, I was advised by support to return the money to my original card due to lack of consent for such a transaction. Unfortunately, my account was locked thereafter, with changes made to my contact information preventing me from accessing it through the app. Despite reaching out for help via phone, I was directed back to Facebook support, where my queries remained unanswered, leading to my account being blocked. In dire need of the remaining $[redacted].00 for essential expenses, the ordeal has been distressing. While I did receive the self-sent money via mail on January 26th, the unresolved issues persist. I have documentation and screenshots of the interactions for reference, apprehensive of the need for legal intervention if a resolution is not met promptly.

I spent 8 continuous hours on the phone with Walmart Money App representatives without understanding any of the 9 people I was transferred to. I need to speak with someone I can comprehend. Recently, I received texts from numbers [redacted] and [redacted] alerting me about unusual account activity, asking for a response. Initially, the messages seemed legitimate as they contained personal information. However, I discovered unauthorized transactions of $[redacted] and $[redacted], plus changes to my login details. Despite proving my identity multiple times, the non-English speaking reps failed to assist in resolving the issue, leading to my account being frozen. This money is crucial following my husband's passing. I require American assistance to access my funds, as over $[redacted] has been wrongfully withheld. Kindly connect me to someone other than the standard representatives at 1-[redacted]. It's essential for me to regain access to my account and restore my funds promptly.

The card is registered in my husband's name, was previously his work paycard, and as his legal wife, I am seeking assistance. We lost the card some time ago, with the issue being that the address on file is outdated. While I have the account and routing numbers, the expiration date and security code were not recorded. My husband is currently in prison, and prior to his incarceration, his wallet was stolen, along with his driver's license. I do possess our marriage license to verify my relationship to him. Surprisingly, the second stimulus payment was loaded onto this card, while the first was a check. As his wife, I am entitled to this money as well. I am uncertain of the steps to take to receive a new card at our updated address.

I've been in communication with your team for over a month regarding my account and the remaining balance of my last stimulus payment. Despite providing all the documentation requested to verify my identity, I have not received the funds that were supposed to be sent to me. Last week, a customer service representative informed me that my documentation was accepted and the money would be mailed to my address. However, I have not received anything and have not been given an explanation by GreenDot Bank. I contacted Walmart Money Card and was informed that the case was closed due to an address discrepancy with my driver's license. I do not understand why this would be an issue as I provided proof of my address through my lease and a mailed envelope. I am extremely frustrated trying to access my own money. If my funds were somehow taken by a hacker, I expect GreenDot Bank to swiftly reimburse me. I am considering legal action to resolve this matter and request the account to be closed promptly. My name is Vicki Lynn Pierce, and the last 4 digits of my account are [redacted].

I have a balance in my closed account of $[redacted].00 that I would like to have transferred to my new account. This is the second or third time I have complained about not being able to access this money, which is from my social security disability benefits. I am requesting the account to be reopened and the funds to be moved without legal action. The money is crucial for my disability as I can no longer work due to my injury. I would like the balance to be transferred to my new Walmart card. Thank you, Gail F. [redacted] from the closed Visa account ending in [redacted]. After being on hold for over 3 hours, I hope this matter will finally be resolved.

I am having trouble activating my card and setting up an account. Despite multiple attempts via chat, I keep getting directed to reset my password, which I can't do without an account. I wish I had known about the lack of real person support before purchasing. I have over $1,[redacted] on the card that I can't access. Please assist me in setting up my account so I can use my money. I have provided proof of purchase and identification as requested but have yet to hear back from the company at [redacted]

I have been attempting to retrieve my stimulus money for over a month from an account compromised by hacking. Despite providing all requested identity verification, I have not received my funds. I was initially informed my information was accepted, but later told my case was closed due to a discrepancy with my driver's license address. This situation is frustrating, and I urge immediate action to close that account. Contact through phone has been unfruitful due to automated recordings. Withholding my money is unlawful, and I require resolution promptly. Contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] - Vicki L. P.

I need to report a lost or stolen card from Walmart. Despite having the last 4 digits and the latest transaction, I was unable to reach Customer Service after spending 1 1/2 hours on hold. I need guidance on how to file a complaint with Walmart and the appropriate address for assistance.

I recently discovered that my account has been closed through my phone app, with auto deposits being returned to my employer. When I called the customer service line, I was informed that my account was closed permanently and that I am not allowed to open another account with them. The only option given was to withdraw the remaining funds and leave. This is unacceptable to me. I have been a loyal customer for years and deserve an explanation for this sudden closure. I was informed that there is an ongoing investigation and for security reasons, they could not provide any details. I find this treatment unfair and disrespectful after years of only depositing paychecks and paying bills through my account. I demand an explanation for the closure and feel that this situation warrants further action, possibly involving filing a complaint with the FDIC and other relevant entities. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.
