My card was stolen. I called multiple times to close it, but unfortunately, there have been unauthorized charges. I will be disputing them. Before it was stolen, I had consistent problems with the card for months. Thankfully, a store employee was able to help me cash out after 30 minutes. Despite that, it seems challenging to speak to a person directly; your company heavily relies on your app. Kudos to the employee for providing exceptional customer service. It's crucial to improve your customer service accessibility as there is not always someone available 24/7 to assist with issues. As someone working in a management company, I have never encountered such unhelpful service, unlike my experience with Guitar Center. Please close Rita S.'s card ending in [redacted] with expiration 06/23, as it has a zero balance.

My Visa debit card is splitting in the middle, and I need a replacement card with the same ID I use on eBay. I do not want a new number, just a new card. When I called the number on the card, I reached machines. All I am asking for is a new card with my old number and a new expiration date. My old number is [redacted]. I need the same number with an updated expiration date on a new card since the old one is breaking below the numbers. Thank you, Bill.

Yes, I loaded money onto a temporary card, verified my ID, activated the card as directed, and submitted my SSN and DOB. Despite this, my personal card was declined due to issues confirming my identity. I suspect it may be due to using a PO Box as my address, which prevents me from receiving mail at my physical address. Though I can make small in-person purchases at local stores, I'm still unable to use the card for online purchases, which was the initial reason for buying the card.

Yesterday, I went to a gas station to pay at the pump. Unfortunately, the first pump I tried wasn't working despite inserting my card. The gas station attendant directed me to another pump due to technical issues. However, the second pump also failed to work. After expressing my concern about the pending transaction, the attendant assured me nothing would be deducted as I hadn't pumped any gas. To my surprise, today I noticed two charges of $75 each totaling $[redacted] taken from my card. This has left me in a tough spot as it's my bill money. Upon returning to the store, I was advised to contact my bank, Walmart Money Card. I've been trying to reach a customer service representative without success. I urgently require assistance to get my funds refunded.

I can't locate my card, possibly somewhere at home, and I'm unable to find it. Before I take steps to cancel and reissue my card, I have a few inquiries that need clarification: 1. I have a bill pending for payment on 10/11/19 through your bill pay service. If I cancel before this bill processes, will it still be paid? 2. I use my Walmart MoneyCard for various bill payments, some scheduled and others automatic. How will canceling my card impact these payments? When I request to cancel, can the account's existing information, such as scheduled billers, remain unchanged? What about the bills set for automatic deductions - will I need to update all these accounts with a new card number? Most importantly, how soon can I receive my new card? I must deposit funds on 10/11/19, which is 3 days away. If the new card doesn't arrive in time, I risk missing my payment. How can I expedite the card delivery process? I was informed at Walmart that without the physical card, I can't deposit cash. Is there a quicker workaround to avoid this so I can have the new card, update my information for a payment scheduled on 10/15/19, and ensure a timely bill payment by the 11th? Please refrain from canceling my card for now, in case it’s found. Nevertheless, I need the already scheduled bill to be paid. I attempted to contact customer service but was directed to an automated system. I'm hesitant to report the card as lost until I have these concerns addressed. On October 5th, I visited Walmart and unfortunately misplaced my Walmart card with $47 loaded. Despite providing my social, address, full name, and date of birth, customer service insists on the phone number registered to the card, which I can't recall. They mentioned a recent transaction at POS before it was lost. I seek help to refund the last transaction of around $30, cancel and replace the card, and access the remaining balance to support my son.

I blocked my card three days ago, and unauthorized transactions are still going through. I urgently need my card unblocked to pay my rent this week. The automated service is not helpful; I can't get through to a real person for assistance. The customer service number keeps disconnecting without providing any solutions other than checking my account balance online. This situation is frustrating, especially since I have always been able to speak to a real person in the past without issues.

I have provided all the necessary information including my account number, Social Security, and verification documents. I have been in contact with a Walmart representative three times, but after a month, my issue is still unresolved. I urgently need access to my account. If depositing the checks will be problematic, please void them and allow me access to the remaining funds in my account that are not related to the checks.

My card is currently blocked, and I have contacted customer service 18 times. After speaking to a representative who said they would remove the block and replace the card, it has been 48 hours and the issue is not resolved. I even went to the Walmart store with my ID to confirm my identity, but still no luck. I'm extremely frustrated and considering reaching out to corporate for assistance. I reached out to a person last Wednesday who informed me that my account was blocked. They said they were escalating it and I should hear an update by today. I've been trying to activate my card but keep getting an error message saying I've attempted it too many times. I'm at a loss for what to do next besides considering canceling the card, contacting social security to retrieve my funds, and switching to a new bank. It's frustrating to have my money inaccessible for a week due to identity theft concerns. Despite reporting the issue and requesting a new number, I still haven't received any communication to verify my identity. It's disappointing when customer service doesn't prioritize the customer's needs over company policies.

I have found unauthorized charges on my Walmart Money Card that I did not make. When I contacted customer service, I was treated rudely, with no resolution. I felt ignored, interrupted, and talked over. They couldn't stop the pending charges, although the money was already deducted from my account. I purchased a Walmart Money Card from Walmart and loaded it with $[redacted]. When I called to register it, I couldn't speak to a live person to help with registration. I bought a $1.00 money card and added $[redacted].00 onto it. I created an account but haven't set up a PIN. When I checked my balance, it showed zero with no transactions, despite having the receipt for the $[redacted].00 load.
