I stayed at the W Hotel in Times Square and experienced a loud noise outside my room that sounded like nearby construction. I immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue in detail. They transferred me to management, but after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I hung up. Upon calling back, no one answered the same number. The noise is causing a severe migraine, and my attempts to reach out for assistance have been futile. I am now reaching out to the main W Hotel customer service line in frustration.
