I initiated the purchase process in February [redacted] with Vroom and secured financing through USAA. Initially, everything went smoothly until my car was not delivered. Despite multiple promised delivery dates, they eventually admitted they had lost track of the vehicle. Subsequently, I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund on March 7, [redacted]. Following numerous conference calls involving both USAA and Vroom, I was informed that a refund check was sent to USAA without the necessary account number, resulting in its return. Despite assurances of a replacement check being issued and an email with tracking details from FedEx, no funds or tracking information have been received as of one week later. I am eager to resolve this matter before my first loan payment is due, but unfortunately, Vroom's assistance has been lacking. It is concerning that the vehicle is still listed for sale by Vroom, even though its VIN remains associated with another loan.
