Vox Telecom Customer Service Issues

Hello, my name is Monique. I have wifi at my house, but I'm unhappy because I requested wifi for the other house too, and we're supposed to share the same connection. I've been asking for a week now to have a cable and an extender installed so the other house can also connect to our wifi. We initially had fiber, but I was informed that another fiber box needs to be installed for the cable and extender. Unfortunately, all I receive are empty promises. Despite reassurances of callbacks, I am left waiting. I'm disappointed by the customer service provided by Vox. I am exhausted by receiving promises via email and phone calls without any action. I no longer wish to receive calls from Vox until the issue is resolved. I am frustrated and find this level of service unacceptable. Thank you for your assistance. My address is 18 Cavell Place, Sarnia, Pinetown. I am disheartened by the poor customer service from Vox and will withhold payment until the matter is addressed completely. If disconnected for non-payment, I will escalate my concerns.

Good day, It has been a recurring issue for the past few weeks. Every night after 9, the fiber goes off. Last week, it happened for 3 days, and now it's the third day this week. It's frustrating to deal with these ongoing problems with the fiber connection. If there's a storm or just a hint of rain in the air, we anticipate the fiber going off. It's more off than on, especially when we need it the most. I can't wait for our contract to end so we can switch providers. Additionally, there's no communication about outages until after they have been resolved, leaving us in the dark. I'm honestly fed up and seeking feedback on this matter.
