Vornado Customer Service Issues

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with the knobs on the 8" fan model. The knob on my fan has cracked for the second time within 2-3 years of use. I believe that adding a steel reinforcement plate to the knob could prevent this issue from reoccurring. I greatly appreciate the assistance you provided in replacing the knob on one of my fans previously. The knob that was replaced was black, while the current broken knob is white. Dear Sirs, I own four operational Vornado fans, having purchased a total of eight fans in my life. This is the second time the switch has cracked on an eight-inch fan with a three-position switch at the back (R-side). The fan still functions, but the all-plastic switch tends to crack in approximately two to three years. It may benefit from a steel reinforcement plate to prevent this issue. I appreciate that a similar switch on a different fan was replaced at no cost. I am hopeful that you could kindly also replace the broken switch on my other eight-inch fan as you did before. I purchased a Vornado heater from Costco a few weeks ago with the following details: Type AWRH, Serial Number AUG[redacted]1. The issue I am facing is that after a few weeks, it is not reaching the correct temperature. It only goes up to 35 degrees.
