I recently relocated and signed up for internet/cable TV along with my mobile phone service, which came with a Fritzbox [redacted] router. Despite requesting a public ipv4 for VNC with 30 phone calls, nothing has been done, and my Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. Both my phone and fax are unresponsive, and though I've tried setting up the router to the best of my ability, the issue seems to be with the Vodafone line. I haven't had any luck getting a technician to address the problem. I'm at a loss about what to do. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a Europe Vodafone SIM card at a Vodafone store in Cologne. This morning, when I tried to recharge my phone in Salzburg, it said a PIN was needed for internet access. The staff member at Vodafone had set it up for me, and I wasn't aware of any PIN. The plan was for 8GB for 30 days, and I haven't used the data yet since it's not been 30 days. I recently had a conversation with a sales representative regarding updating my phone and Internet contract for the next 24 months. I was expecting to receive an email with the offer we discussed, but it hasn't arrived yet. My current contract is expiring in just a month, so it's crucial to finalize the new contract promptly. I'm also considering switching to GigaCube 100GB and GigaMobile XL 5GB due to Vodafone losing the rights to our building's cable connection. With the cable contracts being canceled, I'll need either DSL or GigaCube as an alternative.

Dear ladies and gentlemen,
I received the router by mail on March 31, but was unable to set it up by myself. An appointment was scheduled with a technician on May 3 at 10:30 a.m. The technician successfully connected the router, and now the internet is working. According to the contract, I am entitled to use the service for free for 6 months from the date of installation, and then start paying from the 7th month. However, I received a bill stating that I should start paying from September 25, which is before the 6-month period is over. I have tried reaching out via email and WhatsApp, but have not received any response. Please assist me. Where should I seek help?

Hello, I recently scheduled a relocation service, initially set for November 7th. After rescheduling, I received a PDF confirming November 14th.
