Hello, I purchased a Vitamix from Amchi Ltd. on Amazon.co.uk on March 14, [redacted]. My invoice number is #[redacted]-[redacted]. Initially, I enjoyed using the machine and even purchased two more as gifts. However, in September, my Vitamix stopped working. After encountering difficulty reaching your customer service and experiencing disconnections during calls, I persisted and finally managed to go through diagnostic tests with an agent in December. It was determined that the issue was with the self detect chip in the container. The agent assured me a replacement would be sent promptly and noted my contact information. Despite her promise to send a confirmation email, I never received the replacement part or any update. I am eager to have this matter resolved as I miss using my Vitamix.
